Really a missed opportunity to have Serj inexplicably sing the low parts instead of the high ones. I really don't get the decision.
Serj isn't a tenor, he's a baritone. Maybe it is harder for him to go full tenor after all those years of performing.
@@theovlach I know he is a baritone, but he goes comfortably in tenor range. The one instance I would have liked to hear his high pitched voice and he doesn't use it. He has been singing nasaly and high pitched for almost any project or live show he's done for 15 years now, but doesn't go for it on a freaking Queen song where is the only instance he should be singing that way? The only explanation is he wasn't confident he would hit all the notes.

Creo q la decisión se baso en el otro cantante q estaba presente quizás en su tono las notas bajas sonarian tan acordé al tema igual considero q serj pudo llegarle si quería a esas notas
El primer cantante parece salido de una muestra de canto
Sin desmerecer lo que han hecho, (quitando al del pelo largo...tela marinera) les cuesta llegar a las notas de Freddie los oh with the show alargados hasta la estratosfera etc.
Era un fuera de serie el señor Mercury.

Si Freddie levanta la cabeza se vuelve a morir del disgusto, no puede ser que el cantante principal no sepa ni entonar, y pensar que Freddie lo hizo en la primera toma y cuando ya no le quedaba nada más que tres semanas de vida ...., el resto muy bien, desde Simon Phillips hasta el resto de músicos.

@@ZFAle no sé a que te refieres con que los animales no pueden opinar, serán en cualquier caso los animales irracionales, yo tuve la suerte de ver a a Queen con Freddie y también con Paul Rogers y Adam Lambert, los dos cantantes de gran nivel, incluso hay muchas bandas tributo con buenos cantantes, pero éste cantante no tiene ni voz ni timbre adecuado para cantar esa canción, esa es mi opinión y es tan respetable como la contraria.

Serj grags it: looks like he is sleeping while singing. Nice timbre though. Soto swallows the sound, too much constriction, the sound comes out powerless and whiny, lacks proper compression. Montserrat is just amiss, jarring and cold. Overall, May got to play his guitar solo. Hurrah! Amateur hour overall!
As a side note:
They could have hired someone who actually has proper skills to handle the song while actually conveying emotion rather than a handful of have-beens to keep up with it. Alternatively, they could have rehearsed it more.
