    I have the 6 in 1 wired version. It's really easy to calibrate. One thing I noticed in the beginning is over time the specific gravity would lose its calibration and would be off. I'd have to shake it around in the water to get the right SG. This monitor is in my sump by the way. After putting a little bit more flow around it there is no more issues holding it's calibration. So far I like it.

      Thanks! It’s pretty decent so far. Just a little different than we are used to with all the wifi stuff out lately. But it does provide some useful info.

    This is a great option I can place on display until upgrade of controller and then move this to frag tank

      Absolutely! I ended up putting this on my 36 gallon bowfront because that tank is not on the Apex. So far, it is working good. I will be giving updates if anything changes with it.

    How’s the ORP reliability over long term use? Do you need to calibrate the probe?

      I haven’t really noticed a shift yet. But I can check the cal and see.

      No. It is local monitoring only with no alarms.

    Why is your salinity so bad?

    • @Reefer_Matt
      @Reefer_Matt  7 месяцев назад

      It’s not. As described in the video, this monitor does not measure salinity in the correct range for saltwater aquariums. It maxes out around 5%. It does measure specific gravity in the correct range though.
