Drama can't be just action, there's a plot and story to understand.
I’m glad you guys are continuing watching this show i agree with the majority of fans that s2 is not as great as s1 but still it’s a good set up for s3 by introducing new characters.
You should create special playlists for each drama it’s going to help find the reactions better
season 2 is just like an introduction to season 3 as it was filmed together. this season/ intro was required because on the gap we had between season 1 and season 2
I personally liked this season cuz of the new characters and different setting. Others may find it boring but it really wasn’t imo. Bloodhounds next???

The problem with season 2 is that for the middle 4 episodes (4,5,6,7) they totally abandoned the main cast and introduced a bunch of new uninteresting characters. Even if they wanted new characters they could have kept scenes of the main cast also in those episodes
I do believe pyoen sang-wook is still alive inside him, that's why the parasite can't switch bodies
I think the story in season 2 is a bridge to the story in season 3, I mean S2 is still worth to watching but the peak of the conflict is in season 3 maybe..

I recommend the kdrama Mask Girl after this series, it came out this year. It's a super dark and salacious story, each of the 6 episodes is like a movie, the story is straight up crazy.
I was a bit hesitant to watch season 2 because other people thinks it's boring. But I've finished it and I think it's good they focused on the bigger picture as well. We can see how other people survive and holding on, their perspective and such things. In season 1, they mainly focus on the residents of green home mansion apartment, so it's good that they shown others as well in season 2. And season 2 is like the build-up of season 3.

The doctor guy's theory is not really wrong because humans mostly destroy things like a virus and the Earth seems to do things in reaction to deal the nuisance that is humanity under control by reducing the population. That AI came to the same conclusion in the movie "Virus" about humans. If you guys haven't done a reaction to "Virus" maybe you can do it on the other channel. It's pretty interesting and I feel like watching it again myself.
The vehicle fight and chase scene on the bridge was fun and entertaining to watch. It's interesting to see the difference in their skill of how they use their powers.
I just don't understand why the majority of the soldiers in the show are so messed up and don't care about anyone other than other members of the government. They seem like they're always pissed off with a chip on their shoulders and need to prove they have power over you. Also killing civilians like their lives are irrelevant and want people to think they're the good guys. I'd never want to live anywhere where that's how things are. That's probably why I want to move from the US and become a citizen to a country like Canada that has a lot of wilderness. I'd love to have a cabin where there are not a lot of people so you're least likely to have to deal with people that don't know how to behave in a reasonably decent way.
That Sergeant in the jeep was a jerk and I think he's going to get what's coming to him.

***SPOILER***(Only what happened in the episode; No Future Stuff)
Those soldiers were A-holes for what they did to that newlywed lady's husband. They straight lied to her face and shot him without even checking to verify he had an illness or was infected. Then beating up the other guy probably to death because he challenged them in front of the people being brought there. It was sad that the soldier's mother saw him doing that and she looked so disappointed wanting to know what made him get that way. I'm sure she didn't raise him to be like that because she seemed like a good woman. I felt so bad for the bride because she was heartbroken.
That's the reason why I'd never trust the government or military in a situation like this because they will go to extremes at some point and make excuses for their messed up behavior like we're saving lives by eliminating potential threats. I'd rather form a survival group of skilled individuals and build our own safe area for survivors and keep it hidden from the government and the military until it we figured out how to control the infection situation.
**BTW: I notice something since I already watched all of Season 2, but I will try not to reveal anything, you will want to remember the bride in the wedding dress and the fact that her husband was bald and wearing a hair piece. This will come up later, but i didn't even realize it until I started rewatching the episodes for your reactions.**
Why did that monster keep running into the tunnel when every time it did the soldiers were trying to kill it? I'd think it would've stayed on the outside of the tunnel. I think it was a female monster that was protecting its baby, but why not just take the baby somewhere away from the humans shooting at you. Also why didn't it go back to its baby after it was no longer being shot at instead of hiding in a ceiling hole. The monster and its baby would still be together if it had just done that.
I wonder why so many people in the show are so oblivious that they can't tell a monster that is trying to hurt you and one that's mostly friendly. It's like they think the term monster can only mean one thing...evil. The monster saw that a child was separated from her mother and went out of it way to find the mother and reunite them. If that didn't prove it was a good monster then that just means the people's thinking and reasoning is messed up. Killing that monster was completely unnecessary because it didn't try to hurt people. The soldier did most of that. They're just cruel using the monster's baby so they could kill the mother and the baby is crying saying "Momma" while it's happening. At least the commanding officer with the burn scar on his face has a bit of a conscience and let the baby go because it was trying to hurt anyone.
The monster that was obsessed with clothes actually made me laugh because it was only chasing the woman to get the stuff she was carrying.
The firefighter lady is smooth with it infiltrating that government facility. That Special Forces training she mentioned last season is really coming in handy.
That monster at the gate they drove through was so weird it made me start laughing at it with that exit stage right move it did.🤣 That crash was definitely unexpected though.
I wonder if the reason the creepy dude in the gangster guys body is seeing hallucinations of the nurse lady is because gangster guy might still be in there somewhere and his memory was thinking of her.
What that doctor guy did with the test subject and her mother was a bit stupid and reckless because destroy a test subject in front of their parent could cause the parent to become infect from the despair of losing their child. He should've waited until she left the area at least.

He does at one piont say something like "this guy is alive thanks to me", which does make me think if Ui Myeong left his body, Sang Wook would still be alive and whole in mind/body.
I'm not sure, maybe he means like you can see him as he is alive because it's fisically him
ANYWAYS i hope we see Sangwook again and not just his body.
A translation of Ui-myeong (the parasite)’s earlier comments show that Sang-wook is alive inside - he says “this guy’s alive, you should thank me”. Best guess is Sang-wook is intentionally screwing with Ui-myeong, because we saw Ui-myeong escape from badly injured bodies three times before.

Ui-myeong: “who the hell is this woman”
Sang-wook: “loser who wants to leave says what”

I think the reason people aren't liking it as much, is because most of the characters we liked are gone. Now we are having to get to know all these new characters. The show is going so quickly with so few episodes that we aren't getting the time to get to know and like the new characters. Other than the one officer. He was given more time and people like him. I think there is huge action and drama....yet, it is just going too fast and in half of the season we don't see Song Kang, which in my opinion is the biggest crime. This was my biggest disappointed in this season....side lining him for a huge portion to me was inexcuseable. I think there needs to be more episodes.

I hope you guys enjoy season 2 for than I did. Personally, I found it extremely disappointing. Even season 1 was about a 7/10 for me. Strong start that goes out with a whimper.

people can have different opinions and tastes. season 2 is truly not as bad as some of you make it out to be… is it better than season 1? absolutely not. does that mean it's awful? no! you're acting as if they're actual movie critics but at the end of the day it's just two people watching a drama for fun, don't ruin it.

as someone who has been speaking about palestine since day one i find this comment extremely performative and fake. do you expect two reactors to make a video about palestine just because? what makes you think youtube is the best platform for that? i'm sure they're aware of what's happening and are speaking about it on their other social medias and not only that but with their relatives. posting on social media is not the only way to help, going to protests and boycotting does far more.
