    Good info but you should look to cut these vids down to 8-10 mins and less commercials and pop ups on your website and phone number!

    Palm City near Palm Bay?

    • @LIVINGINPALMBEACHFLORIDA
      @LIVINGINPALMBEACHFLORIDA  11 месяцев назад +1

      Palm Bay is about 1 hour 15 minutes north of Palm City. Good question! Have you been to the area?

      Closer to Palm Beach County the better. You know the old adage "location, location, location...."@@LIVINGINPALMBEACHFLORIDA

    Be prepared to have a very long punch list of defects that you will chase and chase and chase the builder to complete. Or, do as most of us here, hire contractors and pay money to complete your punch list items on your own. The builder takes the money and runs!

      Interesting insight and thank you for your feedback. My experience with the builder has been favorable but sometimes - things happen. Where did they fall apart? The construction manager?

      who really knows why someone does not feel compelled to honor their commitments? MARKET CONDITIONS created a situation where sellers became 900 lb gorillas. Kolter could get away with virtually anything and yet, buyers kept coming. So, to answer your question Ray, things “fell apart” because of NO CONSEQUENCES allowing them to fall apart. Thank you for your videos Ray!

      Your point is a good one xoxo. The terms of the new construction deal do heavily favor the seller / builder. When they try to "play tough" with me because of inspections, etc I call them out - you might not be legally obligated but ..... / I know and understand your frustration. If there is ever anything in world we can do for you let me know. Nice to have you as part of our channel.
