Established in 1941 in South Korea, Hankook sell in over 180 countries nowadays.
Check out these tire concepts from Hankook Tires!

Now these tires make more sense then the GoodYear Sphere tires. It answered all my concerns about terrain and different seasonal changes capabilities.
Awesome! Simply amazing! Tread like features on a tire and shape conforming capabilities, will make rides much safer, more enjoyable, and very stylish than traditional tires.
I've had similar ideas not too long ago about such wheels. A daydream come true in animation form.
damn and I thought tires were expensive now, a set of these probably cost as much as my car
exactly!
Still want them
ok. so the MG-TRAC. tell me what keeps the tire on. sure it protects from shock up and down (to some degree) but what keeps the wheel on. how do you turn. and this is why a CGI concept doesnt mean anything. anyone with CGI skills can make this concept. but to make it work is an entirely different story.
COMING SOON!... maybe... probably... I think... ehhhh... your kids might see it when they're your age.
cool. now make it real.
+Robert Faith impossible
zeropoint O he said to make it real now. and now it's impossible.
actually the magnetic one, the sports tire and the off-road tire would be possible with the technology that exists today
Hankook is the best tire company in the world💜😍
Greeting from Germany
It all looks like they would be great for a perfectly flat and maintained city roads. Off-road may have issues with all the moving parts combined with dirt, mud, sand, rocks.
won't the magnetic tires pick up shards of metal on roads, then throw them in the air due to the high rpm the wheel is spinning at?
I mean this could be deadly when you think about it not to mention the risk of the shards scratching your car
Yeah, the magnetic tyre seems to be the one with the most possible problems in this vid.
and you could just steal those tires lol
The biggest problem of that tyre is "How is It going to hold that much weight?".
perhaps a cover could be added or something like that
Oddly enough, Bose had a similar idea to the Mag-Trac, but they made the _suspension_ electromagnetic instead of the wheel/axle. It worked flawlessly, and even let the car *physically jump* over a small barricade, but it wasn't picked up because car manufacturers said it was too heavy and expensive, which would possibly be a similar case for any of these.
Each wheel has glaring flaws.
The Mag-Trac's magnets are probably a bit heavier than a normal car wheel, not to mention lateral stability issues, and the extra mechanisms make it seem like a bit more eventual repair work.
The Motiv seems light, being mostly empty, but it might have an issue with breaking the polyurethane pads, throwing chunks everywhere while driving, and getting larger stones stuck between, or _inside,_ the tire, leading to more repairs.
The eMembrane seems strange, what's keeping the wheel from pushing out instead of caving in? If there's a rail and roller inside, that's just more weight, and more eventual repairs.
The Tiltread? It doesn't seem too heavy, but that's now a total of _three wheels_ you have to replace if something goes wrong.
Don't get me wrong, I love these designs, and they're incredible ideas, but they're just that. _Ideas._
It would likely take years for an R&D team to work out all of the flaws these wheel designs have.
that needs to be a racing game..
This makes me feel so dumb because I'm like "Why didn't I think of that!?"
When i was 9 i asked siri a question and she showed me this video. It gives me nostalgia
Idk if it seems this way to anyone else, but it looks to me like these would be incredibly prone to tossing up rocks.
If the tire shifts, pinches a rock, it could lift it and throw it up.
Is the tire with the extra wheel in the middle for speeding over speed bumps?
SOLD ON THE BLUE AND ORANGE MIDDLE ONES...BLUE IS MY FAVORITE FOR CORVETTE
I think those are really cool.
And where can I buy it?!
what is the purpose of speed bumps when everyone has the smart tire? lol
Well if this idea comes to life in the future there would probobly be somthing else than speed bumps.......
+Hotrodder31 Lazy fat people in hover wheel chairs.
Looks great, but I wish they had slowed down/lengthened the simulations. It all went by way too fast to really register what was happening with what tire.
You can go to settings and adjust the speed to slow it down.
+OZ i can't on my phone
They sped them up to, at least, try and excite you, to try and take your mind off the ridiculousness of these designs. I mean, really? Using a big electromagnet in the middle of the wheel for cushion? Basing a three-independent-layer "racing-wheel" on a single pivot point on the bottom-right? Having an "off-road" tire where each section is held on by a slightly flexible piece of plastic or carbon fibre or whatever? Its all overly-contrived future thinking, too advanced for any practical usage. Looks neat though!
Need em for my Ranchero
will this be available for my VW Vocho!!???
CARiD r14 i guess
Pass Me A Pair Of The Offroad Tires. That's Gonna Look Cool On My 2007 Chevrolet Silverado. I Guess.
If a wheel is noticably flexible it will increase rolling resistance.
Crazy Cool
that´s really awesome
The magnet tire one will fail why its magnet. magnet is invisible force to it attatch together but if the car is to heavy and also force of gravity it will become heavyer
won't the magnets in the tires loose magnetism after some use ????
If use neodymium, probably will last longer than the tire itself if you don't mind the ridiculous cost.
There's not a single thing that weren't already invented. Except not all of them even make any sense.
Are those tires real if so I'm getting some for my buggati
Wondering if the stones were stuck in a tire slit
If you think for a second I'm putting a wheel/tire on my vehicle consisting of 10,000 moving parts you have bumped your head on something.
Are this available for my salvage ford tempo hahaha
good years spherical tire looks more futuristic
yep
ILLUMINATIGamerFTW // TutorZ4D what if they combine some of the concepts? one of these already uses magnetic suspension. My concern with these designs is they dont showcase breaking. that is...stopping the damn vehicle lol.
the variable blocks could be an interesting thing to add to Goodyears spherical design, and possibly the three layer Turn tire concept, thouh thay ome relies heavily on the wheel design.
the Fuel efficient/increased grip concept has some merit as well, if you could find ways to combine them.
I need this for my car
Talk to me when you actually get this on a car instead of a virtual one.
Cant they make them into 4 in 1?
Jungkook from BTS
But if its electromagnet it can lift the tire
Will these work on my flying car???
WHAT is the song name? i realy like it :D:D:D:
I think they made it.
İzzet Altınmeşe - GEL KİBARIM
Why don't I see those in my garage
I don't understand videos like this, are they saying that we'll have fucking super highways and multiple level highways overlapping each other before these tires exist? What's with the future shit?
why don't they build one?
I want my kids to drive this
I'm 17
Tires only the rich man can afford.
Wow
Someone Make future of bumpers so we could actually play rocket league
tires
Instead of Hankook it should be Jungkook
Concept
Hotwheels accelerated tire
Now make it real
changing a broken tire will cost like $ 5,000 lol
but what if tires can be changed only every 200k miles?
too much unsprung weight
Tumbkook
Sorry, Michelene already tried to make future tires, there were just as gay...
Gotta be inspired by Rocket League somehow
