    I wonder if the fringes would benefit from a good soak in soapy water. They never seem to get completely clean 😕

    Of the many rug cleaning channels I have watched, this channel is my favorite, and the only one I subscribe to. I think you're correct to work the back of the rug first. One of my favorite ❤ parts of your videos is the flooding of the rug with water, using both the hose and what I call the water wand, to truly flush out contaminants. Bravo!

    I love to watch Ben do anything because he explains and walks you through the process, and he is not afraid to tell you when something is not clean. He is truly a star.

    You guys are great! Another tour of the equipment you guys use would be really awesome! Would like to know how your water reclamation works, and what's up with the IBC you drain when rinsing the rug.
