Being a British equestrian this is actually accurate 😅 but her attempt at the British accent is killing me🤣
Yeah me too!!😂
All my friends: I’m BrItIsH
Me: I’m Bri’ish
Same I’m from the uk. I do not talk like that. 🤣🤣
Do all Americans think we talk Posh?
@@Citrus.e I’m British and I don’t..
I went on a 3 day riding holiday in England as an American. We rode down a STEEP narrow asphalt road in the rain.
The horses feet kept slipping and I’ve never prayed so hard in my life 😂
“Felt a raindrop, guess my ride’s over”🤣🤣
So funny, love your British accent although it did sound like an Australian one at times. Bless Tucker he's so cute. 😉🤣🐎
I'm Australian it sound like a South African accent.
@@lauradon8603 Isn't Australian, New Zealand, and South Africa all the same?
“I ALSO NEED MY POM POM HAT COVER” got me lol
I love this ! It’s so funny to see the way other countries put there idea of the way they think we act ! I must admit… all of the vocab was spot on ! I love your videos ! From Anna and dream (my horse) in Cambridge X
Ugh the Horse Whisperer still gives me the chills! I'm scared to death to ride on the road, or side of the road, I'll happily stick to the trails and get across roads when I have to as fast as I can even when I see nobody in either direction! 😅
Glad I'm not the only one traumatized by that movie
As someone from England, that was pretty accurate, apart from me. I think k was meant to be American most of the time! 😂
The hunt seat vs full seat is the most accurate thing i have ever seen😂😂😂
As a British equestrian, Matchy Matchy is a must. Your British accent is really good, we don't see alot of horses like yours Tucker is adorable
I love your videos, lets see if I can relate as a British equestrian 😂 The posh British accent 🤣🤣 we don't all speak like the Queen!!
You know what, everyone complains about how rainy England is, but I live in Chicago area and we get more rain, more cloudy days, more snow, we get far colder the England, and far hotter. And frankly I think that applies to much of the northern half of the US.
Your right, in the uk in summer can reach 30°C (not F, 30 deggres is pretty hot)
Exactly! Especially in Canada it is freezing but then it is blistering hot
@@aah_my_handle 30c is only 86f which is warm, but not bad. It's not uncommon for it to get into the 100f even here in Chicago area (about 38c).
@@aah_my_handle I live in Arizona, our summers are consistently 105-115 (40-45C), sometimes getting up to 120 (~49C), and the 100s last from May - October (sometimes November) :')
@@naevrys and i thought 30c was bad, thats way more than the uk's hottest recorded temprature (38°C)! The average for summer britain is normally 18C - 25C
“i tell you, it was the only time i feared for my life” got me crying lol! amazing video
One big difference is we have a saddle that you can be comfortable in, work off of and damn near live in. They have something that looks like a leather maxi pad.
I would love part 2! Btw...add in: "head collar" and "Halter"! lol xD
As an Australian equestrian I feel like I am both 😂
I’m British,Exited to see if I can relate 😂
Edit. : Its funny how people think we are so posh 🤣
Ps:The matchy matchy one is incredibly true
Do you relate now?
@@jesstiara4351 yes
Yess
THIS IS SO TRUE!
Your British accent is so good!!! 😊 and everything sounds so true!!
Haha everyone thinks us britains talk like like and we dont but its hilarious
This is amazing 😂❤
Hope u make more videos like this
Love your videos 🤣💞
This is so good! Love this! 🥰☺️
We're all calling it the not-Rolex now. :D lol Loved this!
as an avid matchy matchy fan, the pom pom hat silk got me
You need to do an Australian equestrian mate! 😂
Oh my gosh, this is the funniest! 😂😂😂😂
Most people in England don’t speak that posh but some of this was quite accurate, I’ve never actually seen a quarter horse or Appaloosa in England mostly Thorobreds, Connemaras, cobs , welsh ponies and haflingers
Love quarter horses, one of my favorites. I actually have a quarter/Arab, definitely has the spunk and endurance of an Arab. Had to look up the Connemaras after she said that as I never heard of it but sounds like a great little pony. We do have a lot of Thoroughbreds here though.
Here in the Netherlands it's mostly Shetlands (seriously, we have the largest studbook in the world), KWPN, Friesians, Haflingers, Fjord horses, Gypsy's, Arabians and Welsh pony's. There are some Quarter horses (I haven't seen them so far though). American Appaloosas are incredibly rare.
In Germany it's mostly Hanoverians, Haflingers, Holsteiner and German sport horses (which can basically be anything ^^)
@@picobello99 Dutch horses are in England as driving horses for coaches and Royal carriages.
Love the virgina shirt!
I FRIKIN LOVE YOUR BRITISH ACCENT ITS SO CUTE AND CRISP
😂 I now call Rolex, "not Rolex" because the event's title sponsor changed a few years ago to Land Rover so it is now the Land Rover Kentucky 3-Day Event. It still confuses me!
As a British person I can say that these are all true things that we say lol
As an Italian equestrian I can relate a lot to the British equestrian 😂.
Both are extremely accurate! This is hilarious.
Hilarious!!!❤️🐴
The fox hunting in England and American is sooo different you have to were a stock and tweed and going flat out at walls and fences in a pack of horses, my horse bolted and the mud was slippery in one bit, but he would not slow down, I thought I was going to fall and get trampled
Her accent isn’t bad actually! Good job! I love you ❤️
this is so accurate XD
Love the British accent ! very accurate from someone from the uk x
This is great! I love it!
Its “Hat Silk” not “pom pom helmet cover” at least thats what british equestrians say 😂😂❤
This is to accurate, I am a British equestrian and I ride all these British pony’s and yes machy machy is in my blood! my aus friends think I sound so posh, like the queen!
This is gonna be hilarious😂😂
OMG I LOVEEE THISS
0:43 is so funny did anyone see Tucker’s face when she said I am looking for a horse poor Tucker lol
😂 this is pretty accurate 😂
I love how she said “I need a new rug this ones dirty”lol
I have had horses in the UK and USA, and this is very accurate!!
Love it :) this is hilarious. Would be funny to see both American styles next to the British too because even English and Western in the US are so different lol. But I do know you already have some videos like that with English vs western. Anyway, great work!
We don’t talk that that 🤣🤣
I’ve never been this early! Love it
I am British and this cracked me up the accent is hilarious
Wrm i English all my horse's are bare foot. I don't get matchy matchy shit. Lol. Love the way you attempted English accent.
The 1 st one is such a icon
I mean I am very picky about my matchy matchy 🤣
“We have some of the best Farriers here in England”
My farrier is alway late though 😂
Hilarious comment about shod horses! British farriers are very good though, saw some just last weekend at the european championship. Though a good farrier will tell you when you should shoe or not shoe your horse. Good hooves are most often a result of good hoofcare.
“This one’s dirrrty and it needs a wuush.”
Cute - but you missed numnah (saddle pad)! 🤣🤣🤣
Why did her British accent sound Australian lol 😂 I love your channel btw
THIS IS HILARIOUS 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I’m not like that lol
I’m British and don’t sound like a queen at a fancy party
But I found this funny
Love it 😀
Amazing 😂 but as a Brit myself we don’t call it a saddle pad often it’s a numnah 🙈
I wants a 2 and 3 and 4
I never say paddock 😂. And I do love my farrier 💕 I have a 14 year old thoroughbred 🐎 shoes every 5 weeks 😩🫣 but he’s a bit of a Daisy x love your channel x
For once u made me laugh going to share it with my friend
Lol different countries have the different ways of saying things..lmao 😂.
Ha so true it freaks me out when a British Equestrian says rug or says they have to match.its funny how we are so different everywhere when it comes to horses.
1:23 every eventer who knows about LeMieux
Hey guys, love the channel, I plan to buy a horse in the future myself, is there any EU app that helps you "shop" for horses and stuff like food etc? Any advice is greatly appreciateted!
0:16: For field we use "pasture". Paddocks are found in Britain, but they aren't widespread.
1:36: We must ride on the road to get places. The bridleways are part of the same transport network as the roads, they're just roads that didn't make the grade to carry automobiles.
1:42: British equestrianism still uses imperial, it's the Australians who put everything in centimetres.
I need a at 2🤣
So true XD
Hey really funny video! I have a request for a video, my horse is a chestnut gelding thoroughbred and she seems to love me but she doesn’t respect me, even when I try to earn respect she fights me and she is too strong for me. What would you do?
OK, if you think the Americans are crazy about cantering in a half seat, wait until you meet a Canadian equestrian
This is so funny! And you are so cute! Is this love I feel???
Well, that was cute!
I watch too much England equastrians and I am American and now I am an England equestrian technically
Love it!
Love British accent 🤣🤣🐎
good job
The way you said dirty😆
That’s a pretty good British accent 👏
That jump was not 2,9 😭 it was more like 2,0
How do I get to your training videos. I can’t find the link
love it!
I doubt you would find an appaloosa in England or at least to many. It's an American breed like my preferred breed the old school Morgan horse.
I’m British and this is actually hilarious I’m dying 😂😂😂😂😂
Loved it! Now do Aussie 😁
That was cool.
Wait a minute I haven’t seen all your video s but tucker looks like a Appaloosa is that right or is he a different breed and I just got it mixed up?
I love her British accent 😂
Ah yes, the english stereotypes are spot on...and freaking hilarious!! Lol Accent isnt bad. We have to ride on the roads here as most places dont have trails or 'bridleways' as we call it, unfortunately.
ur accent is on ✨pOiNt✨
I don’t think many British people actually call it the stables it’s usually the yard and then a stall is called a stable
Who knew you had a great English accent 😆
Oh, I thought you owned Tucker..... sorry I haven't watched enough love your vids.
Oh she does own Tucker, she just pretended he was a lease horse in the video🙂
She does it’s just for the video!
Do American VS Australian
Yeaaah Meter!
Although I'm British and I think I talk more like you than your British accent, this video is very true
I’m visiting Germany right now and apparently people have a hard time differentiating my American accent from an English accent and I find that hilarious and I’m also quite thrilled about it,lol.
@@aina3387 haha yeah, accents can be hard to pull off, I have the funniest sounding American accent if I try, my sister is American as well so you would have thought it would be better...
I fully expected you to call the saddle pad a saddle cloth or blanket or something as the british term. i hear numnah a lot too. Probably spelling that wrong. It was really surprising to hear Rolex. I just call it Kentucky now but maybe I am weird.
