Clocks are useful, imagine being in a cave mining for hours and you dont know what time is it, day or night? Well with clocks you can just bring one in your mining sessions and then when you need to know what time is it before leaving the cave, you can check the clock!
Brewing mechanics are complicated but they will surely be helpful in stressful situations.. Just imagine being in a cave and have many mobs attacking you. And you have a strength potion and a weakness potion.. You can drink the strength one and throw the weakness one to make things easier. In the other hand, imagine need to find diamonds in a large cave. But you have a night vision potion.. Drink it and there you have it, easy diamond mining, there are plenty of useful potions such as, water breathing, strength, slow falling, night vision, regeneration! And so much more.
I haven't found a Jungle Temple yet, I have found at least 3 Desert Temples in my time playing the game, got it for Switch last year.... Before the Caves and Cliffs update!
