Is there a way to draw a two-tier deck where one deck is at ground level and the other is at 9-10' with stairs between them? Like for a walkout basement setup? I can't get the software to let me make a tier more than about 2-3' above the other.
Hi Nathan, After speaking with our deck planner people, he recommends to start with the Stairs and Platforms (in the software) and then you can make the small platform larger and treat it like a normal deck. Hope that helps!

If the costumer do want railings on stairs how to remove them, it’s always added handrails on the stairs
Hello, unfortunately, that's not currently an option. According to our development team that feature is coming soon.
@@strongtie Because when you use TimberTech designer you can click on the option “remove edges” then you have stairs with no rails.
How do I print out the designs
Hello, when you complete your project it should give you the option to print.
