The West was invited by Lavrov to stop fantasizing and at least deal in "Real Politik". This was a clear indication that Russia will deal with the "West", but only based upon the reality on the ground and the potential ramifications of the present conditions. Blinken, Sullivan, Austin and the walking zombie Biden responded with boilerplate exceptionalism and then swam deeper into the cesspool they created and perpetuate, then responding with garbled talking points.
I have to say that I despise this era of "Newspeak" and such terms as "Narrative", "Talking Points", "National Security", "Unnamed Official Unauthorized to speak". We are certainly living something beyond; totalitarian regimes are now those who purport to fight "disinformation" and thus subject their nations to worse than that which they tell the plebians they fear. RUSSIAN REGIONS COME UNDER MASSIVE OVERNIGHT UKRAINIAN DRONE ATTACK: more than 100 terror drones downed (70 over Crimea, 43 over pre-war Krasnodar) by Russian defenses as 1 civilian killed and 4 others injured. Terrified locals scream as they record deafening impact of Ukrainian kamikaze UAV landing next to residential building in top vid while bottom left vid shows another POV of explosion from far away. Drone debris shatters windows as Krasnodar residents in bottom right vid wake up to damaged buildings. - Intel Republic
The Russian military has repelled several large-scale Ukrainian drone raids, shooting down 114 UAVs overnight and intercepting six naval drones in the Black Sea, the Defense Ministry in Moscow has said.
Russian air defense units prevented an “attempt by the Kiev regime to carry out a terrorist attack using unmanned boats and airplane-type UAVs on Russian infrastructure,” the military said in a brief statement on Friday.
At least 70 drones were intercepted over the territory of Crimea, while the Black Sea fleet tracked down and destroyed six unmanned surface vehicles.
Another 43 drones were downed over Krasnodar Region, while one UAV was intercepted in Volgograd Region, the military added.
“During the night, the civilian infrastructure of our region came under a massive attack by the criminal Kiev regime,” Krasnodar Region governor Veniamin Kondratyev wrote on Telegram on Friday. - RT

Zelensky didn't try to prevent the conflict through diplomacy because he lacks honor and integrity.
In 2014 there was a coup. Soon after, there was a massacre in Odessa (dozens of people were burned alive). Ethnic Russians living in Ukraine were treated as subhuman. Their language and culture was being oppressed. A civil war broke out due to the rise in ethnic tensions. For 8 years the Ukrainian military was indiscriminately shelling civilians living in Donbas.
If Zelensky honored the Minsk agreement and pledged neutrality, none of this would have happened. The 8 year civil war would have ended and Donbas would have remained part of Ukraine. War is the ultimate failure of diplomacy.
Zelensky, Poroshenko, Merkel and Hollande admitted that Ukraine had no intention to honor the Minsk agreements.
Who didn't want peace? Who advised against the 2022 peace talks in April? Hint: someone visited Zelensky in Kiev at that time.
Russia's national security was compromised once NATO began to expand eastwards. Russia clearly stated that Ukraine joining NATO was a red line (November 2021) and unfortunately this concern was never taken seriously. The Russians openly stated: if nothing changes, we will be forced to act in order to defend our national security. Enhancing the national security of one country at the expense of another is unacceptable. The Russians have legitimate security concerns.
20th September, 2021. Ukraine launched military drills with US and NATO.
NATO is not a defensive alliance. NATO illegally bombed Yugoslavia (a direct violation of the U.N. Charter).
We should never forget what they did to Libya, Afghanistan, Iraq etc.
Who blew up the pipeline causing an environmental disaster?
Zelensky banned all opposition and arrested a leading priest.
Zelensky tried to invoke article 5 under false pretenses. Remember the incident in Poland.
Ethnic Russians living in Ukraine were treated as subhuman. Their language and culture was being oppressed.
Poroshenko said, “Our children will go to schools and kindergartens-theirs will hide in the basements”.
Russians will never forget the 2014 Odessa massacre. The whole world needs to know about it.
Why was Denis Kireev eliminated? He was a member of Ukraine's negotiating team during the peace negotiations. He wanted to help his country.
Ukraine has a hit list. They target artists, journalists and ordinary citizens. Hundreds of children are on this list. 13 year old Faina Savenkova was placed on this list.
Pink Floyd's Roger Waters is on this list. Jimmy Dore (American stand-up comedian, podcaster) and Aaron Maté (Canadian writer and journalist) are on this list.
There is evidence that Ukrainian troops have been indiscriminately shelling civilians in Donbas (they used petal mines and targeted areas where there was no military presence).
The azov troops trapped in the azovstal steelworks in Mariupol used human shields. They refused to allow civilians to leave despite of humanitarian corridors being present.
Russia held a proposed cease fire in order for the civilians to leave, but azov would not allow the civilians to leave.
Ukraine has committed many acts of terrorism (car bombs and other forms of assassination). Darya Dugina (journalist) R.I.P.
The first terrorist attack on the Kerch bridge killed the truck driver and the individuals in the adjacent car (innocent civilian victims).
The second terrorist attack on the Kerch bridge killed two parents and severely injured their young daughter.
I have done a lot of research and it took me a long time to write this comment. I have stated a lot of facts and I have given my honest opinion.
I have provided a brief summary of events that took place. In order to explain this whole situation in great detail, a book would need to be written.
Hopefully someone will write an UNBIASED book, stating facts and allowing the readers to form their own judgments. Everything I said can be fact checked and verified.

"Zelensky didn't try to prevent the conflict through diplomacy because he lacks honor and integrity"
Simply FALSE...He tried several times in the year before the all-out war to talk to Putin. Putin wasn't interested since he was intent on invading Ukraine and destroying the UA state that Zelensky headed.... Also much of the vatnik BS below that first line is equally false and misleading and needs badly to be deconstructed...
"In 2014 there was a coup. Soon after, there was a massacre in Odessa" It was not a coup , it was a popular Revolution with roots in a decade and more of UA history. Over 70% of the Rada removed the pro-Russian president. Yes people died in Odessa in a street fight between political groupings with fatalities on BOTH sides. They exchanged petrol bombs over a barricade and one side got trapped in a building..
"A civil war broke out due to the rise in ethnic tensions." Nope an armed conflict in Donbas broke out after Crimea was taken under control by Russia by force. The armed conflict started when 50 armed men crossed the international border (led by Igor Girkin ex-FSB) & took over a Ukrainian town in Donbas in mid-April 2014. The armed conflict in Donbas had the fingerprints of the Russian Federation all over it, Girkin became the 1st "Defense Minister" of the RU puppet DPR...
"If Zelensky honored the Minsk agreement and pledged neutrality, none of this would have happened." Zelensky wasn't in office when Minsk was signed. Ukraine wasn't part of NATO and no prospect of joining NATO in 2019 when he became president of Ukraine... Its unlikely that this alternate history could have happened. Putin was unwilling to give up his grip on Donbas(& Crimea) and saw Ukraine as an illegitimate state and an absurd creation of the end of the USSR.
"Zelensky, Poroshenko, Merkel and Hollande admitted that Ukraine had no intention to honor the Minsk agreements."
Hardly matters now, Minsk is a scrap of paper following Putin's massive invasion on many fronts of 2/24/22 with the object of destroying the Ukrainian state. Also Zelensky was not a party to Minsk so why his name is there is beyond me. Probably Putin had no intention of implementing Minsk either, he never took any steps to do so.
"Who didn't want peace? Who advised against the 2022 peace talks...? Hint: someone visited Zelensky in Kiev at that time" Of course this is an amusing canard of RU propaganda repeated endlessly. There was NO "peace agreement"in March of 2022. The two sides exchanged diplomatic notes& drafts. They were too far apart to implement anything and had zero trust. On April 1st the Bucha slaughter conducted by RU troops in March 2022 was discovered.(cont.)
That atrocity discovery effectively ended the diplomatic process per many (non-Russian) sources. Boris Johnson didn't arrive in Kyiv until April 9th....
"September, 2021. Ukraine launched military drills with US and NATO." So neutral countries do drills with NATO/US forces all the time on a regular basis (examples Sweden & Finland pre 2022). Putin started a large military build-up on Ukraine's borders in the Spring of 2021 and ramped up the build-up massively in Fall of 2021 with forces from different parts of Russia including the Russian Far East…because of course he intended to invade and did invade with 120 RU BTGs on 2/24/22..
Zelensky banned all opposition and arrested a leading priest." Of course this is false . Ukraine has opposition parties and somewhat free expression even now under wartime law....Contrast that with current day totalitarian Russia where people get arrested for holding up blank pieces of paper in a public square...Its also well know that the Russian Orthodox Church supported by the RU government is a tool of the Putin regime... of course they use that tool inside Ukraine...
"Zelensky tried to invoke article 5 under false pretenses. Remember the incident in Poland." Zelensky has no power to invoke Article 5 since Ukraine is not part of NATO... Obviously a single errant missile, even if it was a Russian one, is not going to start a war...also how would one know if Zelensky deliberately fired an air defense missile into Poland from the Lviv area? It’s pure supposition on your part and the part of RU propaganda and has zero reality
"Russians will never forget the 2014 Odessa massacre. The whole world needs to know about it." Again it was not a "massacre". It was a political street fight with fatalities on both sides in a Ukrainian city where the Russian Federation (RF) has no business (We should note RF has been bombing Odessa for the last two years). Nobody in the world really cares about a political street fight that happened a decade ago now except for RU propaganda purposes....
A lot of his other lines above have little to no truth to them...But I think my work is done for the day...

I've been following the Duran for a few years now and I am amazed at how some viewers are ignorant to the bigger picture, yet the Duran keeps pointing it out consistently. War isn't just about battlefield gains and victories, but how it has affected the greater economic and geopolitical environment. Russia is at war with NATO and it has won in all fronts. The Russian economy is growing, BRICS is expanding, American reputation has been ruined, countries are de-dollarizing, Western stockpiles are depleted, and Western economies are on the edge of depression. Ukraine will be incorporated into Russia and the Union State of Great Russia will arrive.

As for depression its obvious you have no idea what that is...

    • @Jamicaman516
      @Jamicaman516 3 месяца назад

Russia war has hurt Russia a lot. When you have classify most of your nations economic data as a state secret to hide the damage sanctions are doing to your nation, that mean it hurts. When your currency has to change it peg to another currency because your main supply of foreign currency outlaws trading, that a sign of economic pain. When Russia passes laws that mandate overtime for armaments workers, without making employers pay overtime, that's a sign these company's arent making money even during wartime. Russia says its economy is growing, but wont provide the evidence that it is.
BRICS expanding is fine, its an economic group, its not a alliance of states. And even as more nations join they dont all get along or even have great economies. South Africa for example is having a really hard time of it now and its been a member of BRICS for years. The US reputation is doing alright, the fact that its able to get so many nations to agree to sanctions of Russia is a sign of that. For example India recently stopped accepting oil from Russia, something that the US had been working towards since the war start.
Nations say they de-dollarizing but just this last year the US toke in over 30% of foreign investments in the entire world. That is up from about 20% in 2020. So even as nations say they want to move away from the dollar, people want a piece of the US economy and how strong it is, even as places like Europe and China are having some economic issues.
West stockpiles arent depleting to the point of nothing, they sent old stuff first and than some more modern hardware. If you think a 100 tanks and some planes are all that exist in the NATO arsenal your pretty full of it.

Quite correct. The rebound that was supposed to happen after the Covid/Lockdown years of 2020-21, when hundreds of thousands of companies and local ventures went out of business and many millions of people lost their jobs, was completely stumped or reversed further by the Ukraine War and its fallout. The West is in a very bleak place, especially Europe but also parts of the US. with industries and shops closing down, inflation, many people having landed outside a steady economy, lack of growth and big question marks over the future energy supply. The only part of the economy that's really gone up is the American MIC which keeps filling its order-books, they and their backers are cheering of course, but this does little to help the rest of the economy. Governments and national statistics bureaus across the West are using every trick in the book to try to hide the reality that we're in a more or less steady recession (or a trough) ever since 2020.
The West is shipping lots of armament to Ukraine only to have it used up or scrapped there. to no obvious purpose - Ukraine hasn't made any serious territorial gains for the last 18 months. And UA is losing lots of its own people, a demographic disaster that Elensky and his buddies keep running and the media are covering up. Of course trolls like Bisi0 are working hard to try to hide this but their efforts look singularly unconvincing. This circus needs to come to an end, and in a realistic manner.

Nope, "to go to the end" does not only mean "until Russia has won in Ukraine", it also means "to go to nuclear war gainst NATO if need be", because "the end of Russian statehood" is exactly the condition required in the Russian nuclear doctrine to allow for the use of these weapons. It means that Russia will not give in until victory over Ukraine is achieved and if that means war against NATO (due to further escalations by it), so be it.

    • @dragonsdynamite6403
      @dragonsdynamite6403 3 месяца назад

As last resort or in exceptional circumstances. The beginning of a potential war with nato is neither. It has always been retaliatory if attacked by nuclear weapons, not preemptive.

ON CAM: Elite US Special Forces Unit and HIMARS MLRS Were Wiped Out By ISKANDER-M Ballistic Missile
A few hours ago, the Russian military published very interesting footage that clearly shows the destruction of another American multiple-launch rocket system HIMARS. This missile system was destroyed in the Kharkiv direction of the front, 30 km southwest of the village of 'Liptsy'. As it turned out, the Russian military had been hunting for this missile system for quite a long time. - BORZZIKMAN

"Putin: Peace Offer Not Indefinite" Should read: "Putin: Surrender Offer Not Indefinite" because that is what it was; it is hardly a "peace offer"... Its "Surrender or Die" Its back to 2022 once again: “We are not demanding that Ukraine surrender. We are demanding that Zelenskyy gives the order . . . to stop resisting.” Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, May 1, 2022. (cont. below)
Putin produced another wish list on June 14, 2024 which he called “a peace offer.” Connoisseurs of Russian officialese will have savored this latest decoupling from reality, in particular the demand that Ukraine surrender more land to the occupier just as it received a total of more than $160bn in foreign war aid and rejuvenated its conscription system to recruit more troops.
Kremlin peace offers follow a certain pattern - the more the Ukrainian armed forces are empowered with Western weaponry and the greater the geographical area where they can deploy it (now including parts of Western Russia), the greater the talk of peace.
The supplies of weaponry are not yet sufficient to force a serious peace offer from the Russian regime, but the trend demonstrates what has become obvious - that there is no path to a cessation of hostilities except through armed force. Once there is a balance of military capacities making further Russian aggression too painful to bear, the Kremlin will buckle. Putin’s Russia understands only power, primarily military power.
Putin’s words nonetheless demonstrate what he wants from Ukraine. Although this time his wish list is limited to four Ukrainian regions plus Crimea, nobody should be fooled. The unstated additional demand is that Ukraine ceases to operate as an independent state. That might begin with an armistice at the current front line, but the war would not end like this. At a later date, Putin would be back for more.
His proclamation raises two questions that require deeper analysis:
    a. Who was Putin talking to, and thus making this offer?
    b. What does he offer in exchange for the satisfaction of his wish list?
By calling President Zelenskyy non-legitimate, Putin answers the first question himself. He is not speaking to Ukraine. His message is aimed at the wider world - the so-called collective West. The Russian leader imagines himself as another Stalin, organizing virtual Yalta-type negotiations with the contemporary political heirs of Churchill and Roosevelt.
The answer to the second question is indeed fascinating - he offers nothing. Putin’s offer contains no concessions of any sort. It is not therefore a peace offer or any attempt at negotiation, it is merely an ultimatum. Give up what I demand, or the war of aggression continues.
But perhaps Putin’s offer implies the ultimate recognition of Ukraine’s statehood within new borders? No. From the years following his 2014 decision to launch armed aggression against Ukraine to his rambling quasi-historical writings foreshadowing all-out invasion to the late 2021 demands that NATO abandon its Eastern members, and as recently as his June demands setting out Ukrainian surrender terms (see above), Putin has maintained a maximalist agenda.
Even if he did offer something softer (as some have suggested over the so-called Istanbul talks in 2022), he simply cannot be trusted to deliver. Putin is pathologically mendacious, which basically means that he lies every time he opens his mouth. Any hope he would ever change? There’s been no sign of that during his almost 25 years in power.
We have to accept the reality - that this war is a Russian attack against the collective West organized by the Kremlin. Russia demanded the return of the sphere of influence established at Yalta and Potsdam in 1945. But Russia is no Soviet Union.
