Fucks sake I made it to android setup in apps and it won't like do anything I keep trying to click on it and open it or anything and it's not registering. I'm stuck 😢
So in a surprising yet positive outcome to this I ended up going deep into all the apps and their settings and permissions, etc; lo and behold after lots of trial and error and I guess getting to the right app I was able to bypass everything go straight to my old home screen and I have my phone back. Thank you so much I've been trying to figure this out for years

No, doesn't work as its wants me to sign in to Google Assistant with the Google account, which was the problem in the first place.
actually if u sign into a Google account this way I can use the find my device app to set a screen lock and access the phone that way. I just did it

Just so you know in the same menu where you activate the talkback you can activate the talkback shortcut to disable it earlier
