Funny we went there 3 days ago and the lady told us this home was worth $700k and your thumbnail says $500k

The base price for this home starts in the $500k. Depending on the upgrades and the community pricing will change. For example there is one in cobblestone community for $587k, in epperson for $611k, and in berry bay for $585k. They can get up to $700k but again depends on lot, upgrades, community etc.
