Thats not true. Everyone has a budget and typically a house like this does cost more. This is a good find in that price range with a reputable builder.

Yes they are. I just spoke with the rep there and they have a move in ready home right around $900k. Based on speaking with him he has seen one fully decked out in the high $900’s but have also seen some in the $800ks. All depends on upgrades you choose. Id have to rewatch but if i did thank you for the correction. From my experience granite is much more durable. I have had both and my granite was tough as nails and the quartz while beautiful was much more sensitive to stains etc

The base price for this home starts in the $500k. Depending on the upgrades and the community pricing will change. For example there is one in cobblestone community for $587k, in epperson for $611k, and in berry bay for $585k. I'm thinking of retiring in Tampa and was wondering what upscale community would you recommend that is not in the Tampa metro area? Also does David Weekly build pools? And offer upscale appliances?

@Peter-ok9bj there are a bunch if nice communities i could suggest. I would first start by matching your lifestyle etc to the right area, then find a community/builder that fits what you are looking for. Quick answer though, yes david weekley allows you to make upgrades wtc from their product line when building from the ground up.
