NICE THEY ARE NOT SIDE BY SIDE BY THE LIVING ROOM. NICE THEY HAVE COMMON COURTYARDS. I LIKE THE ROOF IT IS TILLT A LITTLE AND ALMOST FLAT ABOVE. NICE EXTERIOR AND COLOR THEMES.

I love the facade, the choice of color ng house. I love the idea na walang partition sa parking, sa back lanai at terrace. Mas maganda din kung darkwood.
Mas gusto ko to kesa dun sa isa, light color interior is much homey for me, mas makakapag relax ka, ewan ko lang, baka magka iba lang talaga yung personality nung magkapatid na may ari nitong duplex.
The only flaws that i see is the height of the cupboards.. the owner needs ladder to utlized the upper shelf..from countertop 18 to 20 inches..also the location of the stove w clise priximity s ref n too far from prep area in the island counter and kitchen gets crampt .. the mastersbed toilet a bit small and the balcony w the glass rail n which if it was placed at the edge of the carport they can atleast utelized the whole area w/o the obstruction of that glass rail.. anyways overall its all safe
