Ok so I'm an American and looking at your homes because my girlfriend Flor loves the style of these homes. I am completely blown away at the beauty and how fancy they are as compared to the very overly priced plain looking houses here in Indianapolis Indiana in the US! I'm actually looking to move to the Philippines after I marry my girlfriend who is from Mindanao, but we will be living in Davao City. I love Philippine houses!
You have to remember too that standard of living in the USA is different from the Philippines. I will give you an example. Hourly rate in PI is more than a dollar while in USA is 15 usd. Things are more expensive in USA compare to Philippines.
@@Qwedfjcjjs Thanks so much for this advice! I would most certainly want the rights to go to her hoping she lives longer. I know what you mean though. My now fiancé is very sweet and true. Has no fake love in her.
@@Qwedfjcjjs That's odd to me! I'm 46 years of age and I feel my looks are gone! Strangely my fiancé finds me attractive anyways. Although I know true love is not about attraction. I find that odd because I have always thought of Philippine women as being kind and sweet and maybe easy to fall in love as long as a man treats them wonderfully, but I can't say I know these things. Are you Filipino? Funny thing is when my fiancé and I first started talking on Instagram, I was not looking for a relationship but I think she was not either. However she started to like me from the start, and then I grew to liking her before I fell in love. Took some time to fall in love, but now she and I have been in a relationship for nearly 7 years.
This side of the house ang like ko. The stucco finish is fire! Maganda maglagay ng full length mirror sa foyer na naka-frame na may stopper sa baba. Para siyang malaking art piece display. Ok ding option i-expand yung balcony sa harap ng both rooms.
Ganda ng designs, di nakakasawang ulit ulitin, simple but elegant looks, saka galing mo mag deliver ng descriptions, very clear, di masakit sa tenga, may tanong lang ako, are you accepting renovations, for a small house, 10 yrs old, di masyadong nagagamit, bakasyunan lang, nagustuhan ko yun design ng mga cabinets, yes or no lang, thank you, more power to Primestrakt Builders, keep safe people..mas typt ko yun light, yun dark color, pang masculine effect pero syempre, maganda rin, ..
For me I like the light wood colors & light tones para neat & simple lang.I must say your designs & choice of partitions are really functionable & maximizes the space to be used but yet stylistic na din.I really enjoyed watching your videos, thumbs up & keep it up Primestrakt.
I LIKE THE COMBINATION OF THE TWO.. I LIKE THE PRINTED TILES IT LOOKS LIKE MOROCCAN TILES. I LIKE THE BACK SPLASH TILES IN THE KITCHEN AS WELL. I LIKE THAT THEIR IS NO GASOLINE TANK INSIDE THE KITCHEN FOR SAFETY MEASURES.
I like the lighter color better. It is cooler in the eye. Plus in a tropical country like the Philippines, lighter color bounces the heat/light thus it makes the houses cooler. In cooler countries, you can haver darker houses. In wsrmer countries, it's advisable to have lighter color of houses so it doesn't absorb heat.
Just notice the prices of your projects seem to be low compare to other builders. Do you have. Projects in other cities in the Philippines? Please let me know I’m looking for builder to construct my house. Thanks.
8.5m? magkano po yung per sqm? Sabe niyo po Deluxe po ang duplex na yan, which is 35,000 per sqm po sabe niyo. yung floor area ng duplex is 350. So 350x35,000? almost 12m po ?
THEY DO NOT COMBINED IT FOR PRIVACY BUT STILL CONNECTED TO EACH OTHER BECAUSE I THINK BOTH SIBLINGS HAVE THEIR EACH OWN FAMILIES BUT STILL WANTED TO BE AS CLOSE AS THEY WILL BE.
THIS IS HOW WE AS FILIPINO’S THAT HAVE A VERY CLOSER FAMILY TIES USUALLY ACTS. THIS IS WHAT OUR CULTURE IS LIKE. VERY DIFFERENT FROM THE U.S.A AND EUROPEAN COUNTRIES. SIBLINGS WITH VERY OWN FAMILY STILL WANTED TO BE CLOSER WITH THE OTHER ONE. THIS IS HOW WE BONDED AS ONE FAMILY.
Pardon my ignorance if I may ask: kasama ba sa 30k -40k per square meter (depending if standard, deluxe or luxury) yung mga furnitures, if not atleast yung airconditions ng buong bahay assuming fully centralized yung bahay..

I dont get it. Why didn’t they combine it as one whole house? So much wasted spaces. You could’ve bigger living area, dining area and kitchen area.
yessss
Cause they are two families.
THEY DO NOT COMBINED IT FOR PRIVACY BUT STILL CONNECTED TO EACH OTHER BECAUSE I THINK BOTH SIBLINGS HAVE THEIR EACH OWN FAMILIES BUT STILL WANTED TO BE AS CLOSE AS THEY WILL BE.
