Just to be clear, following this will mean you won't have ANY import fees or custom fees to pay. It is a temporary export so when it returns it is exempt from any import or customs fees! BGS when returning the your cards to you will mark their export as something along the lines of 'repairs'. This is why customs will want your original outgoing parcel info and details on what it was and whats coming back so they can confirm and clear it of any fees.

Is there a numerical limit to how many cards can be sent in one bulk submission order? eg. having a ton of commons etc.

My bgs subs never get stopped when returning. My PSA subs get stopped everytime
