Earth Wind & Fire put on a fantastic show, and Maurice White was having a great time.
I loved every second of it. So did my friend Pete; a MASSIVE fan of Earth Wind & Fire.
The show was on Wednesday June 25th 2003 at 12pm.

Me too! It’s my birthday tomorrow and I’ve been trawling through lots of EWF video’s today. I am actually so emotional watching these video’s, reliving my youth. I’ve been a massive EWF fan since my school days and saw them back in the day. I still have my Phoenix tour T shirt! RIP Maurice, thank you for the beautiful music you’ve given us and the band that is a continuous gift.
It was May of 1988 Earth wind & fire came to Baltimore at the Royal farm arena was once named the Civic center. I was 18 years old and it was my first time seeing Maurice White and the band live in concert. God bless you Mr. Maurice White. Your music still lives in all of us. Peace.

+Giovanni D'Amico - Energia Verde FR I also follow them very closely during the 1970's. I went to three of their concerts in the hey day of real music. Maurice was amazing as all of EWF were. He has been missed from the group for so long now, but this video was so nice to see.

Saw EWF in California back in the 70's. One of the most incredible concerts ever. Remember everyone standing and grooving. Partly because of the music and partly because everyone had big afros. The only way you were going to see anything was by getting up out of your seat. :-D

@@groundhog713 good drummer? 😂 maurice was one of the very best in the business. he was a jazz drummer for the ramsey lewis trio in the mid 60s and was the "go to" drummer for session work.

The original great band had the Phoenix Horns, Andrew Wolfolk, Johnny Graham, Al Mckay, Larry Dunn, Don Myrick, Ralph White and in the 80’s Roland Bautista. RIP Maurice White 2016, Don Myrick 1992 ( murderred by LAPD ), Roland Bautista 2010 and some members of the Phoenix Horns.

I just saw this live EW&F video for the first time and I was shocked to discover that Maurice White has since died! Over in Nigeria where I live, we sometimes get stuff very late. RIP Maurice. I grew up listening to Earth Wind and Fire, Cameo, Lakeside, Shalimar, The Whispers, Commodores, Black Byrd's, Dynasty, Ashford and Simpson, Barry White and so on. It's sad to know that one of the great ones has moved on. Rest easy big bro. You made your mark down here and we will never forget.... Obi.

I Have Good Memories Of Them In Oakland Ca, In The middle 70's as they were doing a 7 nights straight in a row show and-after the first show I was hooked went to all the other 6 nights!

Great video. Nice to see Maurice one last time, even slowed by Parkinson's a bit, he still had the energy. As someone who saw EW&F in the heyday with the elaborate stage show it's always kinda weird to see the back up dancers but I guess in entertainment one has to keep up with the times.
I've been singing since I was 5 years old,and my mom grew us up on the Isley brothers and Earth Wind and Fire, Reasons was the first song that I learned to sing , they have always been my favorite group of all time , I always said that I would only see EWT if Maurice was there. Well rip M W
