@Jake Nolen He probably lost it in Shifting Sand Land where it got stolen by Klepto, lost it in Snowman's Land where it was blown off Mario's head by the big snowman, or in Tall Tall Mountain where it got snagged by Ukiki, or blown off by Fwoosh.

I HATE this level!! Up till this point I was going for a 100% run but this level made me say f*** it
Even watching how it's supposed to be done I cannot get through the area where the wind is supposed to carry you to the next platform it is super inconsistent.
