Remember not to put pressure on the lower back and avoid the spine. Continue up and over the shoulders and drag them back down. Repeat 2-3 times. - [ ] Step 4: to finish, use muscle lifting on the area that connects the neck to the shoulders. - [ ] Step 5: Thumb Strokes - come around above the persons head, use an extended thumb to make upper stroked between the shoulder blade and backbone. As one thumb slides off, the other begins it’s flow creating a constant rhythm. Then gradually move over and continue on the other side. - [ ] Step 6: Bring both thumbs up to the upper back and with constant pressure, SLOWLY, begin to slide all the way down the back. Remember to be careful over the low back. When you reach the top of the hips, allow the thumbs to remain there for a little retaining constant pressure. Slide the hands back up and repeat 2 more times, each time moving a bit further to the sides. - [ ] Step 7: Twists - come back around to the persons side and let one hand reach over to the other side hip, with a smooth motion, move the far hand towards you as the close hand pushes away. Repeat the movement and work up the back to the shoulder area. Then back down again. Repeat 3 times. - [ ] Step 8: Finishing strokes - turn your body towards the persons head (near hips) and spread the fingers with both hands. Drag the finger tips down one side of the back with one hand and fluidly continue with the other hand. Repeat several times. Stand to the side and rest one hand on the bum and with the other, slowly massage the neck. Slowly move away. You’re welcome.
