- Here is a way to open a lock without key,
I made a lock picking tool that will help you to unlock all locks. If you want to know how to open a door lock or padlock I will show you how to open a lock without a key using a simple tool I made that unlocks all locks.

My point is: these padlocks are ubiquitous, showing every global thief that they're about as much use as a ribbon tied in a bow, just so you can gain RUclips points, isn't my idea of cool! I`d say: go and get a real job, instead of helping those who don't to take from them that do!

Well said!! Can't believe how this isn't going to give those who had no idea of how to break a lock, but wished they did, the way to do so. Extremely irresponsible in my opinion, especially when you think about life in crime ridden areas where one relies on the security of their locks for their personal safety

I have an old Cole filing cabinet I purchased because it is cool and very functional. It is a desk inside a cabinet. Without going to a drilling process, and ruining the lock, the I've made it my mission to find help on RUclips. Any help would be amazing. I have even spoke with the current owner of this piece of history. Sadly he bought the company for other reasons. Slightly annoyed because he has got hundreds of the same request from others. Just get an actual lock pick set from Amazon or pay a locksmith
Get a cheap lock picking set from Amazon. You'll probably need a double sided rake pick or similar

Heh. Ironically, he probably *is* making the world a better place by way of instilling would be thieves with a false sense of confidence and getting them busted trying to pick an actual lock with this method.
Like a lot of 'lifehack/5 minute crafts' style videos, this one greatly exaggerates the usefulness of the product made. Any lock that could actually be opened like this wouldn't be secure against so much as a screwdriver.
TL;DR
If your locks cost more than a dollar, you're probably safe from this.

If that tool could open locks such as a Shrade or a Granit brand i'd be extremely impressed. However, i sincerely doubt that it could be done. They have padlocks so sophisticated now that anything other than the proper factory key won't even phase it. Even the metal on some hi quality padlocks can't even be broken by standard bolt cutters. Thieves have their work cut out for them these days!
That’s a dangerous attitude to have. There are many ways to attack a lock that don’t require releasing the shackle. Even if the lock is as impenetrable as you believe, it’s just one part of a security system that is only as strong as the weakest link. Even so, every lock can be defeated given enough time. To prove this tell me the brand and model of a lock with the features you describe and I will provide proof that it is vulnerable to at least one attack.
Don't bet on that.
The high end abloy padlocks are about as good a lock as you can get,but as said before security is only as good as the weakest link
