You should talk about rpm limit instead of a specific speed limit like 50km/h. Speed you can do during break in period depends on the bike and gear ratios. You can do 70-80km/h in top gear in something like a gixxer 250. Even on RTR 200, you don't need to keep it under 50. 70 is something you can do safely in top gear. The thing that we should care about most is to not revv hard in lower gears. It's best to drive under 5k rpm at varying rpms during break in period. And it's not just the engine. Brakes also need to be proper set during this period. So avoid testing that also during the first few 100 kms.
For beginners, mentioning rpm is not solution, aap pro hai sab nahi.

RPM matters the most. One can try to go 50 on 2nd gear. Just accept the mistake and move on, dusron ko niche girane se channel aage nahi jaane wale hai. Respect the inputs and improve. Koi super bike nahi hai, naa koi extraordinary knowledge hai tumhare pass. People are watching you for your content, be glad and respect them!

Hey bro.. i purchased my new bike last month. I had done my 1st service at 510km. My question is, can I ride my bike at 70,80 speed now? Or should I wait till 1000km !
Company says to maintain max 50km for initial 1000km, wat i personally recommend is maintain the same till second service. My point is nothing is going to happen bad if vr extra cautious

Bro I purchased Tvs raider 125cc 10 days ago but I wasn't aware about the speed limits and I have crossed the speed limit of 50 many times but I was under 60 .
And once to check top speed I ran it upto 100 km/hr .

Engine crash guard is very important, you never know kab bike gir jaye, kisi bhi wajah sai, so because of engine crash guard, the bike will be protected.

Hello brother, I purchased this bike last day, I did rev high twice to hear the exhaust. Did that damage the engine on a great proportion? I'm riding below 40, is it okay to ride in 30s in 4th gear or should I be riding in 3rd?
Try to ride with rpm in mind maintain between 3k-4k/5k for atleast initial 1000km, this helps to smoothen the engine parts and fasterns, for more details refer to ur owners manual

Bhai meri bhi same bike hai merko bhi hali me 4 months complete hue hai, muzhe break in related kuch malum nai tha so mene bahoot rev n all kiya during 1000km and now my bike is literally giving a mileage of 30 to 32 kmpl. From now ahead what should I do pls explain how can I increase my mileage now.

Aur merko baad mein saree guard aur ladies foot-rest lagana padega jo ki ₹550 ayega... Lekin unhone TVS ka sports helmet ke bare mein kuch nhi kaha... Kya karoon mey, wanhan se loon ya fir koi alag showroom se dekhu?

What if at first day I by mistake touch 63 kmpl and I rev till 7000 rmp but till now I have done it once after that I have never done it ani now it's almost a month I am driving between 45-50 ani I rev upto 5000 rpm not above that please reply my....🙏🙏

Don't go for outside insurance problem ( it's already free service right y choosing outside )
@@jaswanthkumarreddy3446 Hi brother nothing is free...outside you can/will get insurance premium at cheaper price compared what they will offer. Even with same IDV value and 5 years period as well..then better to go for outside you can save on premiums price around by 3-4k.
No need to take break in very seriously in modern day bikes. One needs to vary rpm, gears and speed during initial 500km. Driving so gently ( always below 5k rpm and 50kmph), doesn't make ur engine better. You can ride as per your wish since the first minute. However this doesn't mean you abuse your throttle and engine.

Unhone bola ki 50 tak jaane ke liye toh iska mtlb nhi hai ki jaao hi mat. 60-70 ek do baar jaana bhi thik hai but regularly nhi krna chahiye.

It's not about the speed in the break in , it's about the rpm , sudden acceleration in Rpm and higher rpms for a new engine is not good for longer engine life
At speeds like above 50,Keeping lower rpm is only possible when you restrict your speed. Kindly think before commenting. Don’t just comment for the sake of argument. Viewers who just got their bike needs to have basic understanding like controlling their speed. They are not much aware and pro like you who talks about rpms and all. Aap pro ho, but , my majority of viewers are simple and need simple language to understand.
Rest we also have rpm video as well, so things go step by step. But as I said, aap toh pro ho. All the best
@@HELMETDUDE apologies for the comment if you were offended , the comment wasn't to insuniate an argument , I was just wanting to clear things on how you put it across , reaching at 50 kmph can also be done by sudden acceleration in 2nd gear which in turn is again bad for the new engine , speeds of 60 or even 70 and be attained or kept with lower Rpms by being in the highest gear , of course all depends on the motorcycle and it's engine capacity , even if your audience is novice, teaching them the right thing is important ( if at all your intention is to teach / guide them) .
If you want to keep things basic then
everything will be mention in the owners manual , one just has to follow that .
But hey , it's your channel you can create what you want and put things across how you intend to .
No one is pro , knowledge is never ending and ppl keep learning throught.

I drive my 160 below 50rpm most of the time and on long ride I went 60-70 rpm and speed below 80
I think that won't be a problem. ( I too think as same way like sudden rpm or high rpm will damage but not the speed )

भाई साहब मेरे हिसाब से apachey rtr 1604v लेनी चाहिए,,,सभी कुछ इस बाइक में बहुत ही जबरदस्त है,,इसमें oil cooled इंजन मिलता है,,और जब इस बाइक को चलाते है ऐसे लगता है की ये 160cc की बाइक है ही नही ऐसा लगता है ये 200-250 cc की बाइक चला रहे हैं,,pick up बहुत बढ़िया है power भी बहुत है,,और यामाहा लेना बेवकूफी है,,कुछ भी नही है यामाहा में,,इतनी महंगी की कुछ भी नही है उसमे,,,मेरे पास भी अपाचे 1604v red कलर में है,, बहुत ही special बाइक है भाई,,

Well, if your engine sounds normal. Then, don't worry. But avoid redlining, even after break in period. It will be good for increasing durability of the engine.

@@deepakawasthi3263 Today I refilled again with reliance petrol station last time also I had first time tried reliance so that 48 kmpl was milage of Indian oil petrol on rtr200 so today finally I got a big difference it's 52kmpl with reliance petrol I strongly suggest everyone those who have bs6 engine bikes or cars avoid going to Indian oil or Bharat petroleum just go for reliance petrol.
