Cookies with rice flour and coconut

  • Ingredients:
    3 large eggs
    100 g Seed oil
    220 g Rice Flour
    8 g baking powder (Baking)
    130 g granulated sugar
    55g Potato Starch
    100 g coconut flour
    Method
    Combine eggs and sugar and mix well in the planetary mixer or with a whisk,
    when the eggs are blended add the oil slowly and continue to mix.
    Combine all the powders and sift the yeast because it shouldn't make lumps.
    Now you can also combine flour and yeast and mix until completely absorbed.
    Take a pan, cover it with baking paper and make balls spaced apart from each other
    because otherwise with cooking you can touch them.
    Now bake at 170 degrees static oven for about 15/20 minutes, however depending on your oven, they will be cooked when they start to brown.
