I had stocks of rice flour, others of coconut flour and with cherries and chocolate chips that never fail ... I thought I'd try making these fantastic pastry cookies
Tried before and tested I decided to make a video, the recipe is very easy and as you will see fast enough ... I certainly recommend you to try and test for yourself what I praise you here and in the video

Here's what you need
Ingredients:
200gr rice flour
100gr coconut flour
120gr sugar
30gr chocolate chips
2 yolks and 3 egg whites
50gr of icing sugar
2 tablespoons of baking powder
cherries to decorate
