hello sir, the drl off thing is not a problem its a feature if i understood it correctly. It enables you to turn off your drls if you wish to, by simply switching the headlamp from off to on and then off.
I would go with Nexon diesel base any day. Just 60k onroad difference. More power, much better mileage, all needed features and totally a different class.
Gagan ji, This lock /unlock button was added after inception of BS6 phase 2 last year as it is also there in my Altroz iTurbo BS6 phase 2. BTW you haven't made any video on iTurbo, may be due to laggy and noisy initial versions. After BS6 phase 2, vibration was negligible, less engine noise and good improvement in pickup at least in my iTurbo.
The car has not come out as expected but this car is made for indian roads not for race track it is made to make the car more premium and this car is better than i20 n if you see overall in comfort safety and adequete power

Overall a good review. How a car drives depends more on the driver than the car specification. Of course any car can't pass it physical limitation but a good driver can really use car's and his abilities to get a brilliant and fun drive everytime.

The name racer is only for marketing. This car is basically premium car who have enough money to spend on a hatchback.
The trick with all tata car clutches (ever since Indica V2) is to release the clutch till just the bite point and add slight throttle. You can't just dump the clutch and full throttle with Tata cars. That slight revs that increase when you let go off the clutch is really useful in day to day driving. Especially for hill start. It's more of a practical feature. Not many people notice it or get accustomed to it. Only the owners do. Agree with the point that it's more of a iturbo+ rather than a racer. Just hope tata clears up all issues before customer deliveries begin. Frankly they really need to ditch the 3 cylinder engines or make them smoother like the Ford 1.5s were.

@GaganChoudhary On the remark that you made about indicator/headlight/wiper lever, that according to you is not ergonomically proper. I would like to share my opinion that, May be you should also think that if levers are easily reachable then sometimes may be by mistake while steering if our hand pulls/push the lever then that also can cause safety issue. So @TATAMOTORS may have thought about it and intensionally placed levers in that position. Personally I own TATA TIGOR and even I had some times mistakenly pushed that lever while steering. So it's better placed then you're suggesting.
ALL THE OTHER BRANDS are not stupid for placing those stalks ergonomically in position. That's how it should be. You might need to alter your driving habits if you are pressing them accidently.
Nobody appreciate that Tata is giving and dare to give premium features like ventilated seats and 360 degree camera with safety feature like 6 airbag in a hatchback.. N line is a better product. 27k more over R3. It's a way better product. Engine , Quality, fitment are all better than this. I was holding on my purchase until this launches, now I can peacefully buy i20 n line.

N line is a better product. 27k more over R3. It's a way better product. Engine , Quality, fitment are all better than this. I was holding on my purchase until this launches, now I can peacefully buy i20 n line.
tata need to invest more in their ICE dept.They have to upgrade their engine with new tech. still using these old skool engine doesnt make hot hatch.if they cant make good engines tata can buy engines from hyundai,vw,suzuki etc.

The steering wheel is such a downgragde.. no embossed 3d logo ? whyy. ? and the steering looks a bit circular.. I own a 2021 model and the steering is a bit flat at bottom. also its a proper 3d logo in my steering wheel

MG also set rpm with clutch when clutch realese without gear engaged rpm ups itna leg ha to ya engine pa kam kyu nhi karta i drive MG astor 1.5 mpi same problem no pickup and then i drive Volkswagen 1.0 Taigun & kushaq amazing car
