I absolutely LOVE this iteration of Zilla! He is such a troll! The chin thing is hilarious and I laughed a lot at all of the egg shooting scenes of his as well, he's like a kaiju Kazooie! I understand that Zilla doesn't look like a Godzilla, but as his own kaiju, I really like him!
The opening shot, the way they lay eggs then Gojirin just explodes, the way Zilla's expressions and movements radiate smug swag, the things his chin magic did, and the last shot of them all with big chins had me laughing so much! Great job!

I always loved the 98 Godzilla movie when I was younger, but once the modern Godzilla ones came out it seemed kind of silly. Then I watched every Godzilla movie ever made short of the Animated ones, and good GOD Godzilla 98 compared to some of them is gold! I love my Godzilla's all of them, but Zilla here holds a special place in my heart. I still think it's an awesome design, not Godzilla but awesome. Vrahno thank you for the Animations you keep producing. You still working on that epic multi Kaiju battle that you have teased with videos over the past few years? Has to be a huge undertaking with all that animation and all those different models.
That project was put on hold about a year and a half ago, mostly cause it was taking too long and I wanted to get done with other things first. But I intend to go back to it once those other things have been completed. I just don't know if I'll still be able to share it on RUclips since so much of the music I use in that project has been getting copyright claimed. Godzilla '98 was one of my favorites too as a kid, so I can never hate it as much as Western fanboys do. They don't fully realize how beloved that movie is outside their circles. That film and the Hanna-Barbera show were all the Godzilla content I had growing up, so I always wanted to animate both 98zilla and H-B Godzilla. It's great that I can do that now.

The movie is bad because it never really bothers to cook interesting things it cooks up but because it isn't like all the other toho movies where Godzilla just stands there blasting stuff.(nick empathy for the monster is hinted by like a second and then the movie blasts happy music, the monster could have been a tragic being causing MORE destruction ala original gojira, The characters less annoying and so on) The design was never at fault of how middle of the road the movie is The soundtrack tho it's like top 5 scores of the franchise contrary of what some purists might say it's really fucking good
