Be aware. Don't take anything near Domlur (Diamond district big drainage). Very bad smell 24*7 throughout the year. Health hazard. In Bangalore, you must choose the house on rent with the help of friends and relatives as there are high chances of anyone making bad choices due the other factors which you will get to know later. Another thing is that with the help of friends and relatives you will save huge brokerage amount. I normally get the agreement ready with just Rs 250 and a little amount on stamp papers. So don't loose your money to brokers (cheaters)
This is great information, Punit. What should be the ideal place to stay for people who are working in Embassy business park since you say that Domlur is not a good place to stay. Could you please suggest some good areas / residential apartments closer to Embassy business park. Thank you.
In Bangalore villa price are inflated. People who took villas for 4 cr few years back are not able to sell it , as no one is interested to buy old buildings with old style with high price. Also with no choice they have to give these villas for rent for 40k to 60k as post covid the rents have fallen and many villas are empty without tenants. If u are living in the villa then it's fine. If for investment or few years and sell then it's a bad decision. new projects are selling plost at 60 lakhs for 1200 next to it, so people tend to buy villa plots for 1.5 cr and build ,than buying these old building for 6 cr .
Just stumbled upon your video by chance but totally agree with all your points Even now the situation is same.absolutely no flats are available. All the pundits who used to stay that live on rent & invest in equity are being proved wrong.
There are really good options available in range of 25-35k. I'm myself staying in a beautiful rented place. I'm surprised at this video, its a small sample size and clearly they were in a rush. Of course, cost depends on area, amenities and the builder. Wishing good luck to the couple in their new abode!
Stumbled on your video by chance. Considering a move to Bangalore in the near future and wondering if you can share an inventory of rental portals you refer to look for properties?

Hahaha right
I think TravelvlogIV also lived in a flat next to the Pashmina lake..
No idea
They have inflated the rent artificially
That's not the case.. nothing is artificial here.. simple economics of demand and supply
