I agree, I’ve been a Carrot believer for a long time. I just think it’s such a strong effect for a 5c, and the fact that it’s still a 5c/6k stat line makes it even better.
I agree with you. I have a feeling BY Luffy is going to win for the same reason you said. I dont think there will be enough BB players to keep it in check.
Lmao "I play out 3c arlong, your sabo can't rest. Then I activate my arlong leader ability to play out buggy from my hand, giving my leader double attack."
I understand that the 2k counter sabo is a 4c so that you can play it with new koala, but man if it was a 5c 5k I'd be so much better. I'm still expecting a goa kingdom build that can play sabos. Love me a (mostly) good replacement for the op04 sabo in the new law blocker. Love me some RG oden support in yamato, I wish she was a 5c too so that you could play her with eb01 hiyori but it's good either way. Hoping for a Red/Yellow ace or yamato in the future. So excited for both vegapunk and enel, as I'm mainly a yellow player :D Btw Vegapunk can't play cards named [Vegapunk], so he can't play himself. Thanks for the video BB :D
Shanks only seems OP like kata but isn’t that good at a high level. The “KO and 10c Rushers” aren’t that impressive. It will lose a lot to good Doffy or BY players. Shanks depends on luck and high roll and playing simply on curve a bit too much. Miss one turn and the game swings. Doffy or BY will win.
There will undoubtedly be lots of shanks that win in Swiss and get into top cut, it’s still a strong deck but can’t compete when compared to more skill based decks. Ofcourse shanks still take skill but it probably won’t win in top cut. Better players will be on BDIF Doffy.
Just an important interaction for the Pluffy - Teach mu. Because of the wording of 7c shanks and 9c SEC Luffy, they don’t get rush because it’s tied to their on play abilities.
It's in a tierlist format, but it's more of a means of getting across his thoughts in a certain way. Actual tierlists are very different. (And also the leaders wouldn't be ordered in that way) You silly goose
I think that 10c enel could be played in Kalgara, because he has sky Island too, and I thought of some combos on 10 Don like, you have 2 life and st20 katakuri blocker on field, tou play 10c enel then reveal top life with katakuri so you can use leader effect to summon kalgara 6c and take that revealed card, and then use enel attack and effect to hral back, and next turn you can use same thing but can summon more and more. So I think Kalgara will be strong, if built proplely
As a UY Ace lover, I don't like the new Ace. It's kind of counterintuitive to how I play Ace. I'd rather play a 5c out of life because it doesn't feel good to hard cast your 5cs. Even if the card comes out of life I think the search is okay but I don't want to play out my searched 2c because odds are it's going to be removed. If the new Ace offered protection for the 2c played, I think it would be a bit better.
In my opinion, that 7c sengoku will be strong in g/b issho. If you don’t have the gecko, on your 8 don turn you can play 7c sengoku and bring back borsalino. End of turn your issho leader can restand borsalino. You’ll have two blockers 🤷♂️ or go the kuzan route and draw cards.
Shanks stands the best chance imo. Shanks doesnt really hard lose into any match up even if he has some unfavored. Compared to other decks, he has the best chance next to Doffy.
My bet is on enel, worst match for the deck is Black Beard but people seems to be droped the deck already. Also Zekekun has a lot of chance with his list
Some feedback: when you do a format analysis/tier list like this, I would love a bit more of a dive into the top decks like you do with the tier 2/rogue options. Like yes, we all know that Shanks, Pluffy, and Doffy are the top decks of the format, but I would love to still hear about their matchups into the rest of the format (especially the other top decks) and the specific advantages and disadvantages they have into those other decks, like what you did when you talked about the 5c Tashigi's advantages into the rest of the format. I think that it's easy to take the top decks status in the format for granted just because of results numbers rather than analyzing why they have been having that success. I would also have liked specifically a bit more of a deep dive into why each deck is in each tier, like for example I loved the analysis of both Lucci and BY Luffy being very matchup (blackbeard) dependent but don't fully understand why, if they're both dependent on seeing a good matchup spread, Lucci is likely while BY Luffy is possible. Hope this is helpful feedback, I watch a lot of different competitive card game content!
Pudding isn’t crazy, with the right build and pilot it could do it. Pray for the least amount of doffy matchups as possible, pudding beats shanks and pluffy 50/50

Called it brother
with the 3c arlong im pretty sure they are also not allowed to block because you have to rest in order to block
You actually called it
@vvulrik The Vegapunk has two translations going around, and some native speakers implied that he does rule himself out.
Truthfully I want either enel or shanks to win. Not surprised at all if Doffy wins but it shouldn't be world shattering if Pluffy gets it.
Down with Doffy😮💨
I agree, I’ve been a Carrot believer for a long time. I just think it’s such a strong effect for a 5c, and the fact that it’s still a 5c/6k stat line makes it even better.

Another reason they need to do something about 8c Moria. That card has been a problem since he was revealed.
Make moria leader restricted will make moria and perona playable making the black color more versatile to play
another funny effect of the 3c arlong is you have to rest your character to block, so they cant block with their 5c character either
Lmao "I play out 3c arlong, your sabo can't rest. Then I activate my arlong leader ability to play out buggy from my hand, giving my leader double attack."

Shanks is my prediction, the KO plus 10c rushers are too good
Shanks only seems OP like kata but isn’t that good at a high level. The “KO and 10c Rushers” aren’t that impressive. It will lose a lot to good Doffy or BY players. @@DarkItachishanks kinda shits on by
Doffy depends on luck too. If he don´t see 2 jinbes at turns 2 and 3 he´s on a very bad position for the next turns.
@ no he doesn’t Doffy doesn’t need to open with double jinbe lol. And he’s more versatile with Perona sengoku boa and leader ability
Just an important interaction for the Pluffy - Teach mu. Because of the wording of 7c shanks and 9c SEC Luffy, they don’t get rush because it’s tied to their on play abilities.
says he doesnt make a tierlist but is still making a tier list

Thansk for the video.

He's more to hard play to grab a 2c kid or a 2c to help set up leader effect.
I think the new buelno card is to use the Rob Lucci Rush to close games
rush lucci is a 6cost, so he cant be used for that. most of them will use him for 4cost lucci, khalifa or one of the Kaku`s
I think a wildcard Bonney or maybe even an Enel takes it (also Lucci if theres not that many blackbeards)
I think doffy will win. It's the most consistent deck with amazing offense, good defense and it's adaptability is easily one of its strongest features
I think Doffy has the best chances, as BB and Nami are scaring Enel/Lucci/BY Luffy. They gotta dodge them, while Doffy beats both those decks.
Shanks stands the best chance imo. Shanks doesnt really hard lose into any match up even if he has some unfavored. Compared to other decks, he has the best chance next to Doffy.
It's one of the few or maybe the only deck that has a 50/50 match with anything it goes up against.
My bet is on enel, worst match for the deck is Black Beard but people seems to be droped the deck already. Also Zekekun has a lot of chance with his list
It's Perona's time to shine

It'll be shanks, it's unstoppable after 10 done
Shanks is crazy strong rn and I can absolutely see that winning.
my only hope is that it's not blackbeard and the laboon price goes down a bit
That would be great lol
Pudding isn’t crazy, with the right build and pilot it could do it. Pray for the least amount of doffy matchups as possible, pudding beats shanks and pluffy 50/50
think black beard can take it but possibly shanks
Doffy is almost certainly going to win but i would love a bonney win
I CANNOT BELIEVE U DIDNT CHOOSE BELO BETTY
Whitebeard is sweeping
If someone manages to win with Blackbeard he's the best player this side of the planet
I’d like to see purple luffy taking nats.
HOW IS BELO BETTY SO LOW IDC SHE IS BROKEN.
So what has happened to blackbeard?
I think there are just a lot of aggro decks in the meta rn that kind of keep it “in check.” (Obviously it’s still really good)
Putting my life savings on BY luffy
One BB matchup and you lose it all
My guess is doffy or pluffy
Pudding all the way
Shanks or Doffy
Doffy wins, enel, then shanks for 3rd .. top 3
I want Shanks to win but I think Doflamingo will take it sadly.
Is this just op o9??
Shanks will rule them alll
Obviously HPTCG VV come on
💯
Probably some guy named Cole
Doffy or PLuffy
I think lucci will win or purple luffy
I think rp luffy should be in unlikely or possible
1st
Nah blue doffy Will win
