I actually believe, that st14 luffy has the potential to be higher with the new support. Going second the garp is a free pop 7c or lower and makes your leader a 6k Going first the sengoku revives hina which makes your leader a 6k Just has so many tools now with navy cards

I feel it’s too early to judge set 11s leaders. Also I feel that the new katakuri is being slept cause he gives value in information, and seems to be able to sustain itself late game.

I think new arlong has 2 things you didn't mention enough: 1, it's a 7c on board, which grants him good protection against removal 2, he is a 7k, which has always been the magic number to swing face. Also, arlong likes high power 4c but it's starting to lack some counter power

Dude if you watch the anime even a tiny bit, you would know why those cards don’t have SWORD on them. They are not in SWORD. Just like Luffy is not in the Navy. I enjoy your analysis, but the fact that you show zero effort at even learning how to pronounce some of these names properly is making me unsubscribe.

I think that Garp would work for Smoker. Getting that rested DON would be beneficial for his ability.

If I can (this is just my opinion, not to undermine your arguments, but to ignite some conversation and put some light for few underrated decks that deserve some attention) OP09 - B tier is overloaded and imho too diverse to put it all in the same one tier. Belo Betty - it's A tier at max, if they met a deck who can outlive they initial aggro, they're coocked. Foxy, RY Sabo and PY Pudding should be B tier. They have no ways to compete with some of the S tier and have multiple bad matchups even in A tier. Katakuri, Boa, Reiju with trio I mentioned before should be true B tier where they all pretty strong contestants for even some of S tier decks, but Boa, Reiju, Kata are for sure top 3 of B. The rest of your B tier should be true C tier, where there is some cooking in some abyss of OPTCG, but not real gamechanger for them to contest the meta. Your C and D tier should be Trash tier and as you deleted them in 45 min (+/-) I'm glady agree they shouldn't be in the list if we want to preserve quality of the conversation.

I think your missing the point with the new 7 cost Arlong. Yes his trigger is just to rest a 4 or less however as soon as we are at 5 Don going first this character is live because your opponent if they are playing optimally will use all their Don meaning no mater what you will fill the condition of the Arlong because four of their Don will be rested and their leader will have swung putting you to three life you would not be making him a four cost character but really a one cost character because don’t forget you are swing for seven by putting Don on your leader. So going first your game plan is to cheat out a 4 cost 6k character turn 2 then on turn three you can swing 8 with your 4 cost 6k character then swing 7k with leader cheating out a 7k character who can’t be gravity bladed then on turn 4 if you have another one you could play of leader ability or just normal summon as a 4 cost and then leader ability anything you want flooding the board with 6k or higher characters.

I really hope that your prediction tier list is wrong haha. Our meta game has been the same since forever. op09 was supposed to change things but it hasn’t done much. BY won his 1st online regional April 2024 and he isn’t expected to stop by op11 (he even has a good matchup into GP Luffy😂). Op11 is June. Even today in both EU and US TC he has multiple tops. I’m seeing people “complaining” about power creep in op11 that Bandai needs to get stopped etc. No we are all for power creep give us new decks to play with, give us fresh leaders to play that actually win. Green strategies etc. Thanks for your video but I really hope we see fresh things in June. Hopefully op11 will actually change things.

the new yellow red hawk is to counter GP luffy with the 1c even that keeps their pudding/sanji alive since its *original cost* as well as PB luffy/St Black luffy that bump up costs

If koby get a stage and the effect is +1 cost up to 1 of ur navy characters then this SR garp will make sense.

I don't understand why Luffy st21 is so underrated. It has no negative mu and on the sim I have 90% of games won (and I'm bad as a player).. in my opinion it's at least a B.

I’m happy to see pb luffy is finally getting some love lol I understand why you struggle with where placing him but a really bad matchup at least for me so far is enel if you drop 10 drop Luffy they can do leader effect twice on you 😭( in general he seems to struggle towards mono yellow but just might be me 😅besides vegapunk)

Can someone tell how betty will hold up in op10. I main Betty since op05 but op10 seems like a struggle for betty. Ussop and Doffy will be a huge problem and I fell like most of the people will run these 2 leaders. Any thoughts on ussop vs betty matchup ?

Anyone sleeping on Robin needs to wake up. Last 2 locals im 7-2 and the list just feels so great. The only 2 losses have both come from doffy 😢😢

I'm usually not a Sabo enjoyer but damn, that 3 brothers version looked so cool you almost convinced me right then and there. Like I actually looked up the price of the alt art leader (and its not too bad).

No 1 cost Koala? I've been maining the revo version of the deck and that thing has been my go to engine. I literally mull for her so that I can play out characters on curve and still leader effect.

Also, this requires high rolling and a 4 cost Ivankov to stay on board, but a line of play I can see with the new EB02 sabo is this: In a game where you're going second, you have 4 cost invakov played on Turn 2. Assume it stays alive. Turn 3, you have 6 don, play 5 cost ivankov and find the new eb02 sabo. Now you can rest the eb02 sabo to pump up the 4 cost invakov to 7k. The 4 cost ivankov can use her effect to play anything. Then you have one don for your leader to send the 7K 4 cost ivankov, or whatever you have available. If you play out another eb02 sabo via the 4 cost ivankov, you'll have more options as to what you want to send to life.

I’ve been running a list that’s mostly Luffys so that I can run 4 Nami and 2 Garp. Running 6 searchers is nice and Garp helps search those baby luffys
