Narcissist Survivor's REACTION to NEW ATTITUDE from Patti Labelle

This isn't necessarily about narcissists by any means. It just speaks about a woman who was low and confused at one point. Not herself. But the wires uncrossed and now she see's things differently. She's gotta new attitude and is loving life and proud of the person she is and has become!
I listened to this song sometimes to get me pumped up and remind me that I'm a wonderful person, and that life is amazing. It reminds me of my progress and that, when things are bad, they aren't always going to be bad. Things change. And they have changed in my life. I got a new attitude and, after dating narcissists, I damn well deserve it! :)

I've heard and have loved this song for many years... but I really just loved it because it sounded good... But I didn't even think about the meaning... but hearing you break it down makes me look at the song differently
