I've never made cakes ever. I followed this recipe to the T and the results were absolutely amazing. I've made this cake more than 3 times now. Only bad thing from this recipe is that now I'm incharge of making cakes, because now everyone thinks that I have some special tricks, how do i explain that it's all because of this recipe !!!! Thank you Yaman, I baked it now. It's just the way its shown in video. I added tutty fruity extra for my kid. There was some mistake in my measurement as I tried with half of it, milk I couldn't add more as mixture might become runny. Anyway it's perfect and spongy and yummy too. Thank you

Great recepie, the cake was delicious and I made it without any prior baking experience. I made a few modifications, grinded suji in mixer, didn't add baking powder, added some dryfruits and little saffron 😉 and used microwave instead of cooker. I am still in the awe of it.

We(me and my mom) have been trying to make cake since almost 5yrs..with all types of recipe..all types of mould..cooker, oven, microwave..either it gets stuck in the mould, or sometimes would become sticky..some or the other reason. But today we made using this recipe..And it turned out to be just PERFECT!!!!!!!

Hey Yaman! Yesterday was my dad's birthday (I'm just 13 years old) and I made this for him as a surprise. Turned out delicious.
I had bought a cake tin for making cake for my father's birthday and my sister's birthday who is in class 10. I am not having an oven and, thus, had planned to bake it in a cooker. But, the cake tin was too big for my cooker. So I made it in a kadhai! But it turned out to be awesome! Even better than the cooker cake that I made a few months ago!
