Ingredients:
Suji / Gehu ka Rava - 1 1/2 katori
Cheeni - 3/4 katori
Dahi - 1/2 katori
Doodh - 1 katori
Maida - 2 tsp
Elaichi Powder - 1/2 tsp / 2 elaichi
Tel / Ghee - 1/2 katori
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp

Love love love this recipe...I grinded the suji in a mixer grinder before using it. This made the cake softer. Also, baked it in the microwave convection mode at 180 degree for 25 mins (post 10mins if preheating). The cake cake out really well...soft and yummy

I have tried many versions of this rava cake i.e desiccated coconut rava cake, mawa rava cake and chocolate flavour bhi kia tha.
Correct....sides dark brown n soft creamish colour no nuts no cream no condensed milk ...iyengar bakery franchisee is everywhere in mumbai.

Today (25th April 2020) I made this eggless one. I have added 1/4th cup of condensed milk and reduced 1/4th cup of sugar. Added butter instead of oil and added 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence. Didnt tasted it yet because I feel cakes tastes better a day after its made. 😅😅😅😅

We just baked this cake in microwave oven, and it turned out awesome.
We baked it for around 40 minutes in convection mode by pre-heating at 180 degrees.
