The best part of your videos is that it's easy for beginners to grasp, it's all well explained and you do well highlighting areas and freeze framing so everything is understood.
In the sea of Gunpla RUclipsrs from the beginning you made yourself one of my favorites with your subtle humor and attention to detailing the process. Your video editing and attention to explaining make you different. Most English speaking Gubpls builders don’t take the time to explain the same as you. I actually think you have a great point on your approach to reviewing. It’s different enough from the general style of reviews that you could definitely solidify yourself in that genre with the approach you described. I know I’d certainly be interested. Keep up the great work man!
Oh gosh...thank you so much for your feedback...it really does means a lot to me... As for the kit review, I honestly might just go ahead and do it..since my channel is still tiny so I think it won't bring too much harm other than me wasting time :D
I actually really like the idea of a review based on the perspective of, "I WILL be modding this" - You're right, there are more than enough 'normal' reviews out there of kits. This would be a nice spin on a different kind of review - As someone who airbrushes and tries to mod/customize any kit I work on, I'd watch them for sure.
As some one who is just starting to scrib and customize kits, I really love these videos showing a deeper look at how you get from a to b. Keep it up ill be waiting for the next one
Another great video. Thank you for including the info on the chisel thickness :) These techniques are priceless for someone who is starting out. Not only is it design inspiration, but also useful hands on tips. I just started with my second kit in regards to customizing. This time around I'm implementing some variation in the panel lining by using different chisel sizes. As I'm not completely done yet, I might try the keyhole pattern. In regards to kit reviews: just do what you feel like. If you pour in the time and passion that you had with these videos, I'm sure they will turn out fine and people will like them.
Including problematic areas in kit reviews is a good idea. Sometimes you run into defects, but other times it is related to the design itself - like weak points, where the plastic is thin. It would be beneficial if we could be aware of these ahead of time. Taking paint thickness into consideration is also important. Being able to deal with those issues proactively, is definitely better than having to go back and repaint.
Yes. Those are what I'm trying to target. And I think most builders would snap build the kit first before disassembling for painting, so I could also target tight parts that could use some peg trimming..
Excellent video. Just the right amount of quality tutorial. Love that you always include what tools you're currently using in the vid. Cat just makes it 👌
I really want to thank you for all this tutorial. It is really helpful. i hope u get to do more and more so i can take my gumpla to a higher level . Thank you again, and the videos are perfect, not boring at all, and very educational .
Just starting out in the Gunpla hobby and I have to say so far I find your videos to be among the best once I have seen. Easy to follow, good focus on each step of the process and each video have a nice length and topic to them. You show one thing and how you do it and not the classics "here is a custom gunpla with a lot of cuts showing ish what I have done and maybe showing al of it".
Thank you ...though I too have some video formats that mostly showcases the general process of a custom build but I'll still do these tutorial videos for sure ..thanks !
Well Im new to gunpla but scribing and customizing is what actually got my attention in the hobby so I’m looking forward to practicing some of these techniques and then applying them. I’m subbed for your future teachings!
Awesome video. After only painting my kits and I little scribing for 2 years, I’ve finally decided to start customising my kits. Your videos have been teaching so much. Thanks for the tutorials and keep up the good work.( would love to see a tutorial on making custom built pistons if you have done them before)
Hey! Thank you 😊 for the support. While personally I don't scratch build a lot..but I'm keen to improve on that. So yeah, definitely gonna try it ... And maybe give my thoughts on it.
Great video. Love stuff like this. I like the idea of reviewing kits for problems and or fixes too. For example, everyone tells me a RG kit suffers, ok how do I fix it? Or cant I? Also covering easy break parts seems like a great idea.
Love the video. Would love to know how people make custom parts for their gundam. I've seen a lot of photos of gunpla with really large shoulder attachments or large backpack additions
I've always been pretty subpar at scratch building. But it's something that I would like to get better at. Maybe in the future when I'm confident enough
These are really good videos, can you make more? I just hit the subscribe button lol. Right now I wanna learn how you do clean square holes to add some mesh or honeycomb grills.
Hello, glad my videos are helpful. I'm currently away with my family but I'm hoping to come back for more contents whenever I can. Hope you'll stick around :D

@@GunplaNewbie ok thanks I'll see if I try applying your technique to something 😂
Annoy Your Cat is a step that is unfortunately left out of many instruction manuals.
lol A very important part of the build process at that.......
