    Hey I know someone already commented this but I think you should consider taking a B12 supplement! Even if you eat fortified foods it's still recommended strongly to take one, a B12 deficiency can hide pretty well and take a long time to notice even with a bloodcheck :c But of course you do you! Other than that really great video ! :)

      Haha I know I probably should but I get my levels measured and eat enough fortified foods x
