I really love your honest assessments of things. Sometimes podcasters gloss over certain things in regards to yarn or patterns and I really like and appreciate your direct approach. I'm watching videos to determine if I want to try a yarn or pattern so having someone tell me the real deal is great! Thank you!
The idea of doing a performance review for your knits is so fun! I was also all aboard the chartreuse yarn + cami no 9 train haha - it's such a fun joyful color and looks great on you! Thanks for this video!
Thank you, Melissa, for another lovely episode of your knitting videos. I love all the tops you showed and the colors look great on you as well. The Mini Mock Neck is on my list too. I have never used Hobbii yarn and your review was very helpful. Best, Christine
I love, love, LOVE your Camisole No 9. The color is exactly what I’ve been looking for (probably because as you mentioned, it’s trendy). I decided to pick up the Friends Cotton 8/4 in Olive and maybe I’ll be able to knit a Cami No 9. 😁
Hi Mel! I love how your Camisole turned out. I am currently working on mine! May I ask what kind of edge stitches you used on your Camisole Nr09? I cannot find any specifications on the pattern. I have used the one I know which basically leaves you with 1 edge stich for 2 rows. Now that I want to pick up stitches to form the neckline I noticed that that's not very smart haha. Did you just knit and purl the end stitches depending on the row you were in or is there a certain edge stitch that you used? :)
Thanks! I didn't do anything special for the edges. I maintained stockinette stitch - started and ended with a knit stitch on the RS and purl on the WS.

Cami 9 has been my favourite knit to wear. I can't wait to knit another.
