The best homemade chicken pie 🥧

Sharing my version of a chicken pie recipe using all my favourite ingredients. Enjoy ☺️
Ingredients
-2 puff pastry rolled out sheets
-1 kg chicken
-2 potatoes
-1/2 cup yellow & red pepper
-1 onion
-1 tomato
-2 tbsp soft cheese
-1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese (or any alternative cheese)
-1 tsp each of dried basil, thyme, ground coriander, smoked paprika, chilli flakes, salt & pepper
-2 tbsp vegetable stock mix (or any stock cube)
-Slice of butter
-1/2 cup milk
To garnish
-2 tbsp Italian hard cheese (or any alternative cheese)
-A sprinkle of thyme and basil
