    Happy new year
Great fly fishing video. I've been fishing in Japan, but I've never tried fly fishing.
    あけましておめでとうございます。
    素晴らしいフライフィッシング動画。私は日本で釣りをしていますが、フライフィッシングはまだやったことがありません。

Beautiful fish. Would ask you to try and keep them in the water when it’s that cold.

11 mile is great in the winter! Please work harder to keep the fish wet. In 15 deg a fish’s eyes will ice over in no time. It breaks my heart to see you carry that beautiful bow up and down the river.

Lived in CO for years, use to be one of my go to spots. Feels like I fished every river in the State when I was traveling for work. I miss that, but don't miss the traffic😁

If you just dip your rod in the water. It will take a lot of the ice off your tips.

Adding chapstick to the eyelets ahead of time will keep them from freezing.
Also want to emphasize the other comments on your post to please be conscious of how long you have fish out of water. No need to walk back to shore, easy to de-hook where you’re standing, grab a quick photo and release. All while keeping the fish wet.

Did you camp up there or just drove up for the day?

Awesome! as many others stated in the comments, please work on your fish handling skills in the winter. Their eyes and gills often freeze when out of the water in temps 20 degrees or colder. No hate, everyone has to learn at some point, just something to work on in the future. Those were some great fish though! Thanks for the video
