Great video, I have an e39 530i in similar condition to this vehicle, my engine runs quietly. Like a sowing machine...and has 137,000 miles on the odometer, I've had my car for nearly 3 years...absolutely love it. .
Stunning colour & condition. I love it. I had an E39 528i, which was 'only' 193 bhp compared to this 520i's 170bhp, so not so far ahead. I'd love a 530i E39 to compliment the rest of my fleet.

My fuel consumption is: summer: Highway at 100kmh - 7,6l City high traffic (Warsaw) - 9.8l Winter Highway at 100kmh - 7,9l City high traffic - 12.3l If you are aggressive behind the wheel this numbers going up easily (2-3l) Car is amazing imo. He likes gasoline but other things are just... freude am fahren :)

It won't sound as nice but the ride and comfort will be the same? If they are in good condition they still ride so well. I remember the first time I rode one, it was hard to believe the car was 15 years old then. It had better comfort than most of the newer cars I've driven.
I have an e39 I´m trying to fix, but it´s automatic. I don´t know how to fix things myself so everything time consuming and advanced has to be done by someone else, but the car still drives well. It has some corrodation-problems but that will be fixed during the summer. I really hate how it´s automatic.. If it was manuel it would be a great first car and maybe one I´d never let go.
thats wrong, as this was a 02 model year they had the E46, E39, E38, Z3 and the X5 was new to showrooms... I love the videos you do reviewing models over than the top of the range its good keep it up... 👍
There is absolutely no way you can achieve these numbers of fuel consumption. For my 2003 car with the same engine but touring version it is 6.7 highway (hardly touching the gas pedal), 12.5/14(summer/winter) city/town, about 10 combined. Which does not change the fact that it is a great car, though. Your video is very good, too. Maybe just a bit too optimistic:)
The development for the BMW E65 7 Series began in early 1996, and production specifications were frozen in January 1999. The design of the BMW E65 7 Series was patented 16 November 2000. The development ended in mid-2001. The car was first launched in Europe 17 November 2001 and then appeared in US and other markets in the spring of 2002. I guess you're lacking a bit of information.
