To be fair woman have a lower centre of gravity so generally better balance. Next time put the paddle upright on the board and use it to pull you up. Enjoyed the video, I think that coastal path would have gone to Moelfre which is a coupl E of miles from our long weekend next week, I can totally agree with the high standards of the site your friends are wardens on because when we were there we had cheeky visit to one of the small toilet blocks and they were immaculate. Can't understand why they were unhappy with you filming, it would have been great publicity and free, anyway happy holidays.

My wife brought me a voucher for a SUP lesson for my birthday back in July, not had a chance to book it yet. Thanks Rob for the perfect demonstration. I now know how not to do it.
