    When I first started wearing that is how I did it. I would never do it that way now. The trick is to spray the release into the piece and wait. The piece should then lift off your head with the tape sticking to your scalp only, never the piece. A little trick: Wear a headband when spraying the release because if that stuff gets in your eyes, which it will, it is terrible.

    Lordhair I have a good question for you. When my hairpiece arrives does it contain silicon? I watch another RUclips video with a guy who said to wash your hairpiece first with shampoo and water and alcohol because brand new hairpieces usually have silicon covering where you would glue or tape the piece onto your head and it won't stick unless it's washed first. Just wondering if your hairpieces are the same? Thanks always lordhair.

      Hi James, we use hair conditioner to nourish the hair, but we don't apply the conditioner to the base where you will apply glue or tape. Thank you.

    I have a champion Remy so which spray should I use when removing the hair piece? When I put mine on for the first time I didn’t put it on correctly…I can feel folds or the tape on my scalp in the hair system …so I think I’m going to take it off clean it and then reapply it again. Putting it on for the first time is not as easy it looks but the more times I do it the better I will get

      Yes, things will certainly get easier with time. There's no particular remover you need to use in relation to a particular hair system but you will find that lots of people use C-22 Solvent by Walker Tape.

    Great videos guys! Any tips on keeping the glue on the head and not on the unit upon removal? Thanks!

    by "citrus spray" do you mean the c22 solvent remover? Is it safe to spray that on the skin.

      Yes, we do and it's safe but don't use it on broken/irritated skin.

    I don't know what you mean by "citrus." How do you clean the unit after you've sprayed citrus on it to remove it?

    • @Lordhair

      Hi Kevin - citrus just refers to the fact that it has a citrus fragrance to it. Here's another video from this series that shows you how to clean the base: ruclips.net/video/JxNs-ugslhs/видео.html.

    Is it ok to spray 99.9% Isopropyl alcohol all over the hair system to remove it, or just around the edges?

    • @Lordhair
      @Lordhair  4 года назад

      Hi Neil - sorry for the delay in responding to you. We'd have to be sure of the base design of the hair system before answering. Do you have one in mind? You could also email support@lordhair.com and they will be happy to explain what's OK and what's not. Thanks!
