What a great video. At 76 it seems like yesterday when I took my oldest son with me when he was 2-1/2 on archery deer. Had to carry him in a Jerry Pack. A really crummy tent and not very efficient gear. Only 2 nights just barely 2 miles. Actually got lucky and harvested a 3x3 on the way out. I’m a pretty good babysitter 😂
Enjoyed the hunt with daughter. It is different dynamics when hunting with other guys vs children. Well done. Look forward to more of your videos. The scavenger hunt is a great idea, would have been fun for them when my kids were younger.
Great stuff Ryan. As far as im concerned, you've become the bar in western style hunting. Im sure youll have no problem growing your own channel. With your brand, i personally would like some health related content also. Thanks and cheers from PA.
Awesome job dad! Raising that girl right! Love videos like this. Reminds me of taking my boy hunting with me when he was that age. Keep up the great work!
Passing on some much needed Knowledge to our young people and preserving our heritage of the great outdoors! Awesome Ryan and Tanna!! You go mom!! We know you are supporting some important work here!
Having four daughters, three of which are hunters. This video brought back several emotions. Never went on any hunts like this but definitely some great memories. Thanks for sharing your lives with us!!!
awesome , we had our 3 out in the ush also and I yhink when we take our children out in the wild it makes them appreciate nature and more intune with all the life around them , we picked lots of Huckle and BlueBerries over the years , then had the pleasure of doing the same with our grandchildren, this is a great video and I hope more people will Be encouraged to take their children with them , awesome job Ryan , Tannia was great . God Bless you all
I take both my kids hunting. I've been doing since I could. My daughter is 13 (2whitetail and a turkey) and my son is 7. We need more of this. I love it! Keep on doing it. 💪
Huge fan of these episodes! I have two daughters at home and they watched these episodes with me and we're extremely excited along with you guys about everything y'all were doing. My daughter is now asking me when we are going bear hunting lol. I hope to see more of these my girls now wanna watch all your episodes.
Well done, nothing more rewarding than taking your young ones out in the woods. I was fortunate to the same with mine and now will be doing the same with my grandkids! I really enjoyed this film! Thanks for sharing!!!
Thank God I was at work I may have dropped one tiny tear. Another great video text my wife the video and said I hope I am this good as a dad to my daughter. Keep being the example you are Ryan.
You know it's a great film when you find yourself with a half-dumb, dad smile on your face watching a happy little girl wearing a helmet, riding a llama through the forest, up a mountain trail with a banjo music backdrop... Loved this, great film, great cinematography and editing!
Awesome video Ryan, your daughter is a trooper, and you did it right by just letting her experience the trip organically, no pressure, just have fun and enjoy every aspect of it. Looking forward to seeing Tanna on future adventures, and I have really enjoyed watching your oldest daughter as well. Your a fortunate man with a supportive wifey, just what a mountain man needs! Good luck on your new venture, I'll be here every video :)
What a great film! As a father of a 7 year old girl, it is awesome to see a passionate hunter take the time to slow down and cater the hunt to his daughter. Looking forward to more videos!
Thank you , I’ve been lucky to have Lampers take me to some of the best places , I probably never would have gone to WA of my own accord, but now I’ll be coming back as much as I can.
Ryan I enjoyed the video VERY much. You know both of the girls will be grown and gone before you know it. Enjoy them while you have them. I have to say I don’t understand eating the bear before you called.
What an awesome hunt. So much success here and you got a bear to boot. Well done Ryan. It takes a lot of patience to keep her comfortable. You are an inspiration. I hope to see you guys at the expo coming up.
I’m 30 and my son 3 and I hope I can have this experience with him some day in the near future I think all around these are good skills and experiences to have. Overall great video and your little girl has a heart of steel k thought she’d cry seeing the bear down.
Guys- As of Father of 3 girls, this film brought me back to the days of carrying them on my back, hiking, hunting, fishing, so thank you for that! Definitely will be back for more family outing content...
This was a good wholesome video to watch. I really look forward to more content like this. I never had children but taking my nephew hunting has been some of my most memorable experiences in the outdoors. I also liked the few outtakes at the very end. It was a good personal and human touch.
Fantastic video, Ryan! With young kids coming up hunting with me (in Washington State), this is very inspiring to me. Please keep these coming as it shows how capable our children are and what WE can learn from them. Always enjoy your content.
Great film!!! What an awesome experience. Whether she chooses to hunt or not it will be something she remembers for a lifetime. Definitely would have been funny to see some of the razing Tanna handed out to Chiam. I’ve been on that receiving end and it’s pretty dang funny.
This is a wonderful memory that you will be able to enjoy for the rest of your lives, all while making more along the way! Reminds me of two different stories once my son said "when are we going to hunt? All we do is hike!" I said we are hunting...hike, glass, hike, glass, find animal then the real fun begins. Second story is from a life-long friend hiking in Washington. His wife and he had planned a 100 mile trip over 10 days with their young teens, the boys said they didn't want to go on the "death march". WONDERFUL TIMES!!! 😁
Ryan, such an amazing time. A lot of people wonder if there’s a heaven, I’m not a religious man at all but when you are fortunate enough to be able to create memories like this with your children, enjoying the time in beautiful surroundings like you were , moments like these are as close as you can get. Thanks for sharing this experience 👌🏼
As much as I love the extreme adventure hunts this was as good as it gets having your child with you and we get to enjoy all that caught on film. Um I wonder if sister and mom will help Tana remember the nose picking scene in the future?? Aren't kids just fun entertainment at times. Great job y'all!!
Love watching your films. I’m starting to take my kids with me more as they get older. Memories they won’t ever forget. Which tankless water heater/shower are you using? Any feedback is appreciated.
What an absolutely awesome video. I love that you are willing to share your family’s experiences. It’s inspiring and I’m thankful for you taking us along on this journey.
I love this series and it DEF pulls on the heart strings. I was wondering what type of Shower that was. My wife saw that and immediately perked up. Said if I got something like that, maybe she would go more with me hunting. I like how it looked like warm water at least. Thank you for the films please keep them coming. Are you still doing things with "Gritty" as well?
Awesome video! Was wondering what you do to keep your little ones safe as far as prepping for them? Epi-pen, medicines etc. wondering how much you change it to Taylor it for kids?
Great question. Honestly I don’t bring anything special aside from my medical kit. I always carry EPI within the kit and basically everything else needed in an emergency for her or myself
What a fantastic memory. She will never forget having that experience with her Dad.
Children are so much tougher and resilient than we give them credit for. What a great memory to relive many years from now.
Best memories ever!!!! So awesome to see this..❤
You get the best Dad award again❤

Thank you for watching 🙌🏻
Easily my favorite video series in a while! Great job dad!
🙌🏻
This video brings me back to my childhood. Growing up in northwest Montana hiking the cabinet mountain range. The lama would of been nice.
😂I sure wish I had one to ride in my early years too!
Awesome hunt. Tanna is a warrior. Enjoy those kids when they are young. They grow up so fast... Well done to the Lampers parents. Great film work too.
Congrats sir! Here's to the next generation!
Loved the film. What great and special memories.
Would love to see Brian doing a princess dance under the tarp.
I don’t think I wanna see that at all 😂

They were a cheap pair we found at Bob wards but she’s since grown out of em. Tough finding boots for the littles😞
