Thank you for an excellent instruction video. I have had my JUKI654DEN for a week and was a bit apprehensive about threading it. I was just going to tie the new thread and pull it through…BUT, I figured I would never learn to do it. So, I cut the threads and removed them. Kind of like ripping the bandaid off… By following your directions I actually got it done fairly easily. Now, no more apprehension over threading! Yeah! I started sewing about 70 years ago, (at age 5 or 6 years old) learned on an old Singer treadle machine. So, this is definitely a new adventure for me. Thank you so much ❤
Thank you so much. Your instructions were clear and easy to follow. I am taking a serger class and using a different machine in class I hope you have other videos using the different stitches that can be done with a serger/ovelock. This video has shown me that I can change thread and rethread if I run out of thread or breaks.
I just bought the MO 654 de this morning (of course from Juki Junkies😊)…can’t wait to get it! This is by far THE BEST video for threading this machine…and believe me I’ve been watching many videos on this particular serger. Kudos to you(and camera man Dave) for GREAT videos .
Perfect timing! I did manage to thread my brand new machine all by myself yesterday. I'd love to see a tutorial on doing a flat lock stitch. The manual doesn't mention it at all. Also, what is the difference between the 654 DE and DEN? Thanks Boki, you guys are the best.
Just bought my new serger today, MO654de, from you guys! So nervous about the threading! I hope this helps!! I'll let ya know. Thanks guys, great video. -Rob
I sew with a lot of fleece. From my research I think this is the best choice for layers. Am I correct. How many layers of fleece would this machine take? I’m from Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada and love your dedication to educating us. Do you ship to Winnipeg and what would your charges for shipping be? I take it the free shipping is only within the US.
This is THE BEST VIDEO on threading the MO-654DE serger!!! ❤👍👊🏼🙌
Aw thank you sew much!!! :)
