One thing I would like to point out is that the aliens also keep humans sort of as pets (you can see one in the stands). One idea I’ve had recently is that music is only a thing that exists on earth, humans being the more complex producer of it. So the aliens basically took them and kept them like birds, training them to be either very good at singing or playing an instrument (or both like Till). Another theory that goes along with this is that the more rich or powerful aliens get the more talented humans (that weren’t accepted into the competition program) while if a human was less talented they would be either killed off or sold to a lower-ranking alien. That’s my view of what the world looks like outside of the Alien Stage story, since the whole competition gives off a legalized dogfighting type vibe

(In regards to the show), so my personal theory is their brains are wired to enjoy the sounds of human crying, and this is just one of the ways they achieve the noise

Although some people think Luka deserved it, I think that he has a sad backstory or something. The way his face had no emotion just seems like someone who's sad inside. I also think that Luka and Hyuna have a connection or have a backstory together or maybe used to be lovers
I feel some type of connection to him, mostly because the way he cruelly manipulated her to let out her anger for him to win because he just wanted to survive, if he wasn’t trying to manipulate her she would probably get him killed which of course he can’t let that happen, I mean imagine how much stakes there is on him, I somehow feel like they both kind of planned this to happen because when she was chocking him he was never trying to resist and she just instead switched to loosely punching his face
Based on how I understand all about ROUND 5 myself: I think that Luka isn't a villain though, he's trying to save Mizi. Maybe he thought that it would be better if she had gone crazy like that and just got disqualified instead of him winning and letting her die. I could see his feelings through out the whole video that he actually lost someone, too. Like he got traumatized losing someone and thinked a way that would not look so obvious like he was saving her. Because if Luka just saved her in a common way, they're probably both dead. Also, about Hyuna, she saved Mizi from being gunshot by an alien guard. So, that proves that they're probably up to something, like saving everyone. I honestly hate Luka, because he could've just thinked of other ways to save her secretly, but I think maybe he used his manipulation skills to make the aliens think he just failed onto winning.
