Hi Reggie, such a beautiful headband. I love the look of the stitches and the beautiful colorway in this pretty yarn. Good job, girl. Greetings from Gummersbach, NRW, Germany
Hello,Reggie, l love the idea of crocheting a straight piece and working from there. As sometimes, due to my beginners status, I get screwed 🙃up on the rounds.really cool 😎 tutorial. Hav a nice day.
thank you for sharing this very intersting crochet stich! Also the yarn is beautiful, but all the yarns from infinity hearts are beautiful. (And its the first time I understand how to crochet that twisted headband ).
I've been waiting for this since you showed it in the other video! If I could only get that beautiful yarn!!! But I have something similar in a sort of riverwashed maroon. I can't wait to see how it works up! I like the knitted look, but this isn't my favorite stitch. But the end result is so worth it!! Thanks Reggie
The stitch is a bit tricky at first, but after a row or 2 it gets way easier. It is a bit slow growing because the stitches have almost no height. But I do agree about the end result! Looking forward to seeing what you make!
I wish I had found you when I was first learning. You make it clear where the first stitch is or the correct V to use. Great video!! I came here for a mystery bag but stayed for the pattern lol
I see people alternating in the middle of stitches and it dries me crazy. You should always be doing a yarn over. That is the correct way to do a single crochet. I think people don't realize they are switching back and forth. It makes the stitches tighter when you yarn under.
The yarn I used in the tutorial comes in a cake, yes. I left links in the description box of the video. You can make about 3 headbands out of one cake, depending on the size of the headband you make.
I love this stitch. I collect crochet ribbing knit look, so yay. More patterns with this stitch pleeeeese. Thx Reggie
So happy you like it!
I'm currently working on a beanie design. Hopefully it will be done soon ☺️
@@JHookCrochet awesome! I look forward to it. This deceptively simple stitch design brings more high quality to crochet, imo.
I love this…thank you Reggie 🧶🙂
This yarn is beautiful. The stitch is new for me. I like how the first and last row look exactly the same.
I'm a sucker for symmetry. A slight case of OCD 😜😂
@@JHookCrochet I''m too. Especially when making small projects.🧐
Very cool! I've never seen that stitch combination. Thanks Reggie!
You are very welcome! Thank you for watching, I'm very happy you liked it 😊
Love this look!!!!💚💚💚🧶🧶🧶 thank you!

Makes a great quick last minute gift. The yarn works up so lovely. Great make, I like the little tie ends together to help keep that taco together! 💚🤗

Beautiful!
Thank you!
.love this thank you !
Glad you enjoyed it!
I’ve always loved the knitted look, but I don’t know how to knit so this is perfect!!
Glad you liked it!
Great job Reggie! Love it. The yarn you are using looks like a neat yarn.

I'm very happy you like the tutorial! Welcome to my channel 😄 Glad you decided to stay 😊
I’ve seen a lot of these. Is the twisted part very bulky when you wear it?
Not really. Maybe if the yarn is bulky to begin with, but I would recommend bulky yarn for this type of project anyway
Is there a difference between grabbing the yarn over and hooking the yarn under like you show in the video? Thanks!
Not in these stitches, no.
I had the same question. I think it can make a difference with sc, not sure. Maybe it is just Reggie's habit and not intentional for the pattern.
@@shelleybibeau2362 it's definitely not intentional, that's the normal way I crochet 😂

Hii 😊
Is it a yarn cake?
The yarn I used in the tutorial comes in a cake, yes. I left links in the description box of the video. You can make about 3 headbands out of one cake, depending on the size of the headband you make.
@@JHookCrochet thank you for your response 😊 is it better to do the headband with yarn cake or acrylic ones?
It’s bothersome when tutorials get tired of what they’re doing and cut out the end. 😕
