I was and i am still fascinated by his discipline,speed and power , he has always been an inspiration for me, he also had a very deep filosophical personality, everything he did had a certain reason, he was very calculated thats why he also was practically invincible , Lee once said : If i say im the best i am cocky , but when i say i am the worst im a liar
He was the first real life superhero.
My father got to take lessons from the Bruce. So humble and so patient.

Even if we saw him in regular speed he still held back a lot. I'm sure he was careful not to injure anybody or send them to the hospital, or worse.

If Bruce was here now, he would be a different person. Meaning, if Eddie Van Halen was born now, with his natural talent, musical mindset, and just his perspective on the instrument, he would definitely be a relevant player today if not a bad-ass, but different. Same with Bruce. In his day, he was definitely at the forefront of practical martial arts. If Bruce was alive today, he would be at the front of our modern combat systems. A lot of people today can play guitar playing like Eddie, but Eddie was doing it first when nobody even thought of doing what he was doing. Same as Bruce. His combat mindset was so new and radically different and refreshing, I might add, at the time it threatened traditional systems and teachings. His training, philosophy, applications, and even his physique were at the vanguard of our modern fighting systems. The man was searching for something. He was seemingly obsessed with finding something he knew he had the answer to. Sadly, he died before he put it all together. I believe today we call mixed martiel arts. So all the dudes out there saying he wasn't all that. Show the man the respect he deserves. Bruce was doing this before any of us could even conceive what the hell he was doing. "You can either make things happen, watch things happen, or you can wonder, what the hell just happened." Bruce made it happen while we were wondering what the hell is happening. Bruce was a bad-ass then, as he would be today. Would he be the best... unknown, but he would certainly be relevant. Aloha!
Let me ask a question to those doubters about Bruce Lee's abilities. They say, he never competed in those point tourneys. Question is: Would the judges even see him scoring? He was just too fast!!!

I had already seen the video of Bruce in 1967 in Long Beach, his speed was frightening, but what left me in doubt if Bruce was human was in a his presentation, 3 years earlier, in 1964, the video is in black and white, but his punches and kicks and his speed made me doubt if he was even human.
I'm a huge Bruce Lee fan but all I can think of, is that if he was alive today, he would be taken down in a matter of seconds, mounted and tapped or choked out! He would then study Jujitsu for a couple years and again become the baddest Mother F*cker on the planet!
