Great advice i have this tear now injured myself 7 weeks ago getting off a seat on the plane twisted my knee i knew I'd tore it straight away as ive had the same injury twice before during weight training 🥺 i was told today to wait another 5 weeks before i see a surgeon! So im exercising myself with doctors advice 🙏
Depends on your surgery and if you're told weight bearing or not. Last time i did meniscectomy and I was walking within 1-2weeks. But this time i did menicus repair and it was hell. Not used to non weight bearing and accidentally triggered it. Hope I didn't make it worse 😭😭😭
@@aidencrawford8647 later tear and there was another tear too they found during surgery that they repaired. I have to check the other. I had them repaired, they didn't shave them

I was able to walk immediately after waking up from anesthesia following surgery… I didn't have to wait 24 hours after the operation…
