    Susan, when making these earrings, in your expert opinion, would they look just as good with more chains, for example, adding an extra chain or doing a cluster of five chains?

      Susan says: "Absolutely - lots of modifications would look great!"

    Do you have to use the 16 gauge wire or can you use a different size I have size 14, 25 and 20 oh and 18 but if not I can always buy it

    • @JewelSchool
      @JewelSchool  2 года назад +1

      18ga would probably work fine! It will obviously be a little softer of a wire than 16ga, but if you "lightly" hammer it, you can harden it a bit. Give it a try and goo luck!

    What brand is that yellow wire cutter?

  • @AngieLolaPagan
    @AngieLolaPagan 2 года назад

    Is that wire silver plated or gold plated ? I work with gold plated or goldfilled components and I am looking for a really good wire that will not change colors so fast !

    • @JewelSchool
      @JewelSchool  2 года назад +1

      This is a gold tone memory wire, meaning it has a base metal that has been colored yellow. You can look for a jewelry sealer like a Krylon clear acrylic spray from your local hardware store to coat your metal before finishing with beads.

    Tulip rounds dainty but they look like wishbones.😊

      I love tulips and my taught was wish bone as well. Maybe there are different kinds but I did not move for many years. Because my husband planted them before he died.
