Ingredients:
1 tbs butter
1/2 lb new potatoes, halved of quartered
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 large carrots, sliced 1/2 inch
1 large onion, cut into 8 wedges
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 C beef broth
1 C red wine
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbs Dijon mustard
1 tbs corn starch
1/2 C water
Optional: bread bowl
Use this recipe and shape as bread bowls
