I discovered your Channel 2 days ago and ended watching all the Videos :) Saving ideas for my future house in Sweden! And all your ideas are creative and very good. And you get a hats off for the presentation of views of the space from different angles. And your choice of colors is also fantastic!! Keep going and keep inspiring :)
Looks nice. Although personally I think 3 Bathrooms is a little excessive for a house that size; 2 would do just fine. I think I would forgo the bottom bathroom for extra living space.
This yard concept is amazing! I think it should be incorporated on several of your other tiny home concepts as well, to ensure enough space between buildings that light can still come in the windows.
Liked it but there are a few things for me that don't work. Firstly, I think the living/dining area is very small for potentially 4 people to live in fulltime, it is very cramped for that many people. Secondly, the first bedroom has no storage for clothes other than a few drawers which would be a problem I think. Thirdly, while I love the master suite, having the bed up against the wall means one person will always struggle to get out of bed having to either crawl down to the end of the bed or climb out over another person, so not ideal for full time living as that would totally bug me every day/night. You really do need at least 40-50cm minimum to allow someone to get out and go to the bathroom without disturbing the other occupant of the bed. Maybe something to bear in mind for future designs?
Reminds me of a home the musician son kalonjie grandmother used to live in Africa. And then moved New York. Sad to hear of her passing years ago. Be safe.
It clearly shows that you have worked hard to make these videos, and the design you present shows great imagination and originality. Is there any reason none of these plans show a basement? Are basements not practical where you are?
The only change I would make is eliminating the top floor balconies and make it in to closet space and making the top ceiling a terrace for the master bedroom boom 🙌🏽

Dirty kitchen and laundry ay nasa labas ng measurement pero covered like this video ang roof and gilid nya pag tag init at tag ulan. One cr per floor. Pwede po parequest ng plan? Thank you.
I would like to convert one of the bedrooms into my personal office where I can have my desk and a sofa. The one bedroom that is 6sqm² The desk will include a duel monitor setup so it’s a big big desk.
I'd take back 2nd floor bedroom and enlarge 2nd floor bath. Use rear bedroom as multi purpose room. Stack w/d, a place for ironing. Large closet for seasonal clothes storage. Drop down rack for towel drying. Slimmer window as well. Love it but would hate the stairs 🙃

It’s nice to have a potty on the main level so you don’t have to climb stairs to wee wee. It’s easier for guests too.
