This can be done without sprint and arguably it's a bit easier since theres less speed to deal with it.. but you have to be precise. Took me about 20 minutes. Founs this video after the 10 minutes mark just to sanity check and be like "Am I wasting my time???" So thanks for making this :)

Whoa, near the end of my second playthrough and only just now learned that it makes your double jump higher.

I'm fairly sure that's the only way. Atleast that I know of. Maybe you can do it without the sprint but it's probably harder
It seems the Lunar Attunement skill increases jump height, so that helps as well!
