Thanks for sharing. Admittedly, I know next to nothing about boats, and will never be able to afford one (other than maybe a kayak one day). But, I have always wondered why there are not better ways to keep them both floating, and not bashing into things. From what I've seen over the years, it looks like the best place in a storm is a really well built rack in a marina. Best of luck with the clean up. Looks like overall the bounce back might be reasonably fast.
So sad this is happening again to Fort Myers Beach. I feel I have survivors guilt that we made it through without major damage in Cape Coral. If there is anyway I can help, let me know.
Thank you. I haven't been over to the beach side yet, think they are still only letting residents. The marina is doing good, still no power but our teams have been amazing. Putting the stores and restaurant back together and should be open in a couple days. Saw your video of the water coming up you yard, crazy stuff. Good idea using the anchors!
Hope the water ways were good to you. Our teams were fine around 2-3pm today. Energy gas tanks on E. Let me know next time you're in the area, happy to show you around. Cheers!
Watching this video reminds me of the homes falling into the Atlantic Ocean along the North Carolina Outer Banks, Cape Hatteras Seashore. Personal and private property built on Barrier Islands teaches humanity to build with nature or not at all.

Looks like alot of cleanup there at Salty Sams, but glad y'all are safe!
Thank you. It will take a few days to be up and running again. Still thankful it wasn’t as bad as we anticipated. 🙏🏼
Glad you're safe. I kept looking to see if you posted anything.
Thank you! Appreciate it!
Glad you are safe. Many lost homes and exspensive boats and some lost their life. Praying for everyone. Stay safe and well and take care everyone.
We are very grateful we were spared this time. Our hearts go out to those who got a direct hit. 🙏🏼💔

Poor job keeping boats safe
They were tied up but lines snap. All in all everything did relatively well.
